Frank was in charge of booking our flights with another couple we are traveling with. The way he connected us all in New York made the trip even better. We're traveling from two different cities and it made it that much more difficult to find an affordable and ideally shorter flight for all of us. Luckily he was able to put the bigger picture together and make it smooth and cost efficient. A great level of service was provided to me by Dan. I booked my ticket a couple of days ago, unfortunately, plans changed and the next morning I had to make an adjustment to my flight itinerary. With all that 2020 can throw at us, at least some things are still consistently great. I booked a flight a while back from Wholesale Flights and needed to make change, obviously with our current circumstances. Mike, our travel agent, was easy to reach, and did his best to make use of our paid flights to change to a later date. We have from what I believe is sufficient time to pick a date in the future to avoid a loss of our flights. I'm just glad that he made this process so easy for us, unlike everything else lately. With all the help from Jeff, I am now able to fly in business class for an affordable price. My company isn't paying for my trip so I'm paying out of pocket. I'm glad I found Jeff and Wholesale Flights.
I booked a flight with them in March of this year and was expecting to be able to travel in November. Unfortunately Covid came around and had to ruin our plans. Fortunately enough, wholesale flights has been with us throughout this whole ordeal. I've called a few times since this whole thing started and they have kept me updated on the status of my flights. Nonetheless, I felt that it wasn't the right time for us to travel so they helped us change our flights to next June. If not for the active updates from this company, we would not known what else to do.
They manage the slightest details until the customer is totally satisfied with a variety of options to choose from. The coordinators are competent and super responsive. My next vacation will definitelly be organized with whoslesale-flights!

Dennis is a great agent due to his ability to find me exactly what I'm looking for and charge me less than anywhere else. He was also quick to follow up whenever I had a question about my flight. Overall a great experience and I would not do it any differently. I've finally found my got o guy for all my travel needs.
