I ordered a package of clothes during Black Friday for an event 3 weeks later. I placed my order with expedited shipping with the expectation that by their timeline provided (2-7 business days) I would receive the item. It has been almost two weeks now and the order has not been shipped. I'm not the only one in this predicament so it seems like they are holding on to peoples money without providing goods for other reasons. Avoid placing an order here and find much better boutiques. I placed an order with another Australian based online boutique AFTER this one not on expedited shipping and have already received. Customer service is also very unhelpful and barely answers unless you escalate on socials. Just beware of this place.

I only started ordering from White Fox a few months ago but boy was I impressed. WF stands out from other online fashion brands because of its stunning styles, amazing quality, as well as insanely fast shipping even with postal delays. I've already made quite a few more orders and will continue being a loyal customer. Easily a favourite!

I ordered a few clothing pieces from White Fox over three weeks ago. I also paid for express shipping. It has now been three weeks (15 working days) since I placed my order and my order still has not been shipped from their warehouse and shows as "processing". I have DMed them and emailed them multiple times, however don't seem to be receiving any replies. Definitely would steer clear if you are wanting your package in an orderly time and wanting good customer service.

I've followed White Fox Boutique for years and years now - never bought anything until about 2 years ago and loved it ever since. Their styles and designs just keep getting better and I can't stay away! The site is super easy to use too so that's an extra plus.

I used apple pay which helped me purchase so fast that I was unable to update the shipping method. After contacting customer service, it was taken care of within one day and i no longer needed to worry about my package arriving too late.

No customer service contact number. Email only, which gets ignored. I purchased a pair of Take Caution Pants for my daughter. The first wash was as per washing instructions label and the waist band went grey. It has completely ruined the look of the pants. Obviously the fabric wasn't tested and the washing label is misleading. I will never purchase from White Fox again. I would rather pay more money for quality that can be washed. Very suss you can't leave customer reviews on The White Fox website

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered on 25th November, order when through online, no order confirmation or email or order number given. Basically untraceable apart from the money leaving my bank. Tried emailing and no response. My daughter wrote on socials and they want her to write my private information public on that instead of reply to emails. I'm flabbergasted at how people say this company is so reputable. Customer service is non existent unless they think their followers will think twice about ordering so they sweet talk on social media but ignore private talk. No number to call, no refunds allowed. No anything. My next step is reporting fraudulent transaction to my bank as this has went on long enough. Only proof of purchase I have is my bank transaction. Never has any other company did that

I had a last minute change in shipping delivery, which was totally my fault because I didn't select express and needed my items earlier. I contacted customer service, and they changed my shipping method prior to it being dispatched, so I'll be able to receive my items when I need them. It was super quick and friendly. I definitely recommend this clothing boutique.

This company is a complete scam! They are quick to take your money but don't deliver your products! Customer's service is utter $#*! and keep giving customers the runaround! Packages are never sent out or lost, who knows! Yet they take no responsibility for it! I'm furious! Regret ever spending a single penny with these lying, deceiving, garbage of a "company"

Over a month waiting and absolutely nothing. 5 items paid for and has never arrived. I now have to spend more money last minute for gifts for my child's Christmas stocking. Tracking is useless according to that its been on an aeroplane for days. A joke of a company with no regard for customers care or satisfaction.

I've been a customer for about a year and I always have to come back to buy more.The quality of the clothing is worth ever penny you cannot compare to other boutiques.The fabric just hugs your body right. Plus the clothing designs are unique and super cute. Shipping is fast and they offer Afterpay which is amazing.If you're thinking of shopping for new clothes I would totally recommend white fox boutique you don't wanna miss out.
