They do not accept cash

I was making a deposit in cash for my sister with a Wells Fargo account. This bank does not accept cash as a deposit. What kind of messed up thinking has this bank turned to? I certainly will never deal with this bank. Ever!

Drove 1.5 hrs for a notary appointment at Wells Fargo, arrived 30 min early and be told that their only notary was not in the branch.

Appointment made a day in advance for specifically notary services.

No decency to call me and advise of the inability to provide the service as scheduled.

Lots at words. I have banked at wellsfargo for since around 2005. And some hacked into my account online, when I was on vacation. And I called on Monday cause I got a weird text so I called and a lady told me that it was a scam. And stated they would watch my account. Here to find out someone opened an account at 5:30 am that morning shipped a debit card to Texas.
I called wellsfargo right away and they where blaming me stating I opened an account and I was like I did not. They put it under fraud.
Then I seen the account they made had 0 dollars in it.
I WAS PISSEd. Went to wasfargo and asked to talk to a banker to change my account. And the guy told me I couldn't. And I said so someone can take me all of my money and you won't care. And I stated how I didn't trust wellsfargo.
And wanted my Money out if they weren't going to change my account.
Then went to take my money out and the banker was starting to take my money out and I said Someone took $25 out of my account I wanted it back. And he was like what account number I said I don't know I didn't make it.
Told him had to go to my car to get the account they hacked.
Then came back went to another banker and the stated it was the fraud department that took it out. Why the hell didn't they call me before I freaked out. Then I got home called them got nowhere. And then some hire up guy I think he said his name was Darrin called me and was talking to me what was going on. And telling me what to do and I was explaining what happened and phone disconnected. Never called me back, so I called back one lady said it might be a scam and transferred me it hung up I called back talk to the fraud team and that guy looked at my account and he's was like oh it was through the phone so he was like hold on I'll transfer you and it disconnected.
Being a customer for that many years you would think they would want to keep my service. I have never felt the way I do this Is my identity. To be accused of something I didn't do.

Customer service is the worst I have encountered. I have submitted an Option Agreement numerous times and they continue to find ticky tack problems with it. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.

I recently had some fraud activities on my account, the scammers managed to access my online banking and replaced my debit card and Wells Fargo shipped my a duplicate debit card to the scammers address, took $1000 out of my bank, I reported the fraud to Wells Fargo claim department and they haven't done anything and closed my claim without any investigation.! How do we trust our hard earned money with this disgusting company, also their employees are the scammers in my opinion because the other day I stopped by wells fargo branch to deposit some money $250 and the teller just deposited $215 and she stole the rest of the money!

I've filed paperwork with Wells Fargo requesting any and all information that the police may need in order to prosecute whoever opened an online account with their bank in my name fraudulenly. This is the second packet of information I have been asked to complete, get notarized, and submit requesting that they provide information to the police.

Wells Fargo says they won't provide anything to me unless I ask for specific information. They also said they won't provide anything directly to the police.

Now... anyone know what I should be requesting? Because I don't have the first clue.

This process is fraudulent! They obviously could not care less about apprehending this criminal.

Lousey cust service

1. My bill was due 8-2, I paid in full 7-12, but wells fargo reported balance of 551.00 and transunion dropped my credit score 66 points.
2nd. To get rewards refund they say takes 3 days to process and 10 to receive. By snail? No delivery service takes 10 days. Just dragging their feet and very bad cust service. Ref was issued 8-10 and as of today 8-23 not received. Cust service reps are of NO help and very hard to hear and understand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

My bank account got hacked into 5 times before I noticed it It I closed out that account open up another one they a didn't do the process properly and I couldn't get ahold of any of my money for almost 2 straight weeks it's. I went to the office every single day Daycut and fix the wrong mistake on the 6th day The so called manager day told me I had 8 minutes of her time before she closes. Not one of them out of the 15 people that tried to help me could figure out what they did wrong to the account

They have no help-every time I want to do a transaction with a teller it is a 1/2 hour wait! One teller with 2 people ahead of me and 6 behind me-hire some help -people don't have all this time to wait

I was travelling with my family out of state, and I called customer service because I wanted to inquire about a reoccurring charge from Wal-Mart. The rep immediately put a hold on my card without informing me or asking for my permission, and it took hours to have it removed. AND they were so arrogant about it! Two weeks later, I called back to inquire about something else, and the rep CANCELLED my card! But She never told me! She certainly never had my authorization. I found out after the fact. Horrible.

Wells Fargo is manned by the absolute dredges of idiots. Firstly, you must show a "valid ID" to deposit cash. Makes no difference to them whether $50 or $5000. Stupid. Their "valid ID" can be a AZ MotorVehicleDept issued "ID card". There is NO EXPIRATION DATE on a AZ MVD ID card. But if you want to use a drivers license as ID, it must not be expired. Same information, but expired FOR DRIVING! You can have a valid license by date, and have moved to another state, but as far as WF is concerned- NO PROBLEM! This dysfunctional
Entity has no individual at a bank with enough intelligence to fathom this.
Second issue; IF SOMEONE WANTS TO PUT CASH INTO MY ACCOUNT-PLEASE LET THEM- THEY HAVE MY BLESSING!
It is of no surprise that in looking online at WF reviews they are rated as low as I find.
WF actively recruited my banking 16 years ago. THey have changed much.
I will move my accounts and card from their grasp as quickly as I can.

I have been with Wellsfargo for 25 years or so and have never had a problem unresolved. They have expanded with multiple free services including Zelle, bill pay and free credit reports. Great bank.

I used my WF credit card to pay for my son's funeral. I made the mistake of overcharging by $1K. They allowed my charge to go through however the next day there was a comment on my account that I needed to make an immediate payment. I did make a payment for half the charge, however the still was a warning, I paid the entire account and called the 800#. I talked to a manager and she said there was no balance and to control myself or she would hang up on me. YEAH, I was upset and tone was the cause. Closing all my accounts after decades.

Wells Fargo is by far the worst bank on the planet. I have several accounts with them ( not for much longer) first, someone washed a payroll check and was using over and over. Even after closing the account, letting the bank know, they continued to allow people to use these fraudulent checks. $1000's of dollars. Personally I have been depositing checks into my personal account for years. At first, they held the check for a few days. Then no problem except, out of nowhere, they need to put a hold again on a check. Same amount as always, same names on the check. If you want to lose money, go ahead and bank here. Don't forget about what this bank did a few years ago. They are crooks!

Scam company

They are literally a scam company that will steal hundreds of dollars from you. They charge hidden fees, money goes missing from accounts and any little thing that has an overdraft will cause you to go hundreds of dollars in debt to them. They are thieves and literally the most disgusting bank I have ever been with. They also treat you like $#*!.

A man walks into a bank with thousands of dollars in cash to pay off his and his wife's mortgage, but nobody will take his money.
Sounds like the beginning of a joke, right?
No, this really happened to me at the Quarryville PA branch of Wells Fargo. The teller could not complete the transaction because my payoff amount was four days old. She said I would have to see the "Banker" to get an up to date amount and would I like to wait.
So I did. Almost an hour. Meanwhile the original teller and two more chatted and wandered about with nothing to do because there were no other customers. No one even made an attempt to come up with an alternate plan to help me.
I would complain about the customer service, but there was none.

I was Wells Fargo customer for 19 years. I had 2 mortgages through this bank.
While going through divorce I wanted to remove my husband from the account since I was the primary on it. They said I couldn't until he came in and agreed to be removed. They also couldn't fix my status to make any changes as in their system I was still alien not a citizen. Funny that they didn't update that status when I took $600,000 mortgage but needed that to make simple changes so my husband couldn't run up debt during the divorce. I was forced to close my longest account and loose credit history because Wells Fargo couldn't get their things together. This is the worst bank with the worst customer service!

I spoke with a Johnathon Mendez about an issue I was having with just a simple question regarding my account. He was extremely RUDE! Sounded like he was not interested in answering a simple question having to do with a bogus account that was made under my name that is currently reflecting my credit now, it honestly seems like wellsfargo is up to fraudulent activity as he was not wanting to answer my question, he answered my question with a question, and offered me what seem to be some funds to keep quiet, BEWARE OF WELLSFARGO!

Even though Wells Fargo offers the service of sending an online wire transfer, and even though they say one can send a maximum of $25k in one day, do not do it. I have sent multiple wires over the past several months to my account or to my attorney's account in Panama. Today I tried to wire $25k to my account here and the fraud department blocked the wire and blocked my online access. After spending forever on the phone and authenticating my identity multiple ways, I now have to fly to the US and present photo ID to get online access restored. I will move my money at the same time. So fed up with this bank, despite having been a customer for 30 years.
