Bought some dog boots on here since they were much cheaper than anywhere else for the size I needed, they shipped pretty quick and are really cute! Decent quality, look just like the photo, will definitely be checking here for any items I need in the future!

I don't know what's been going on but this site use to be amazing. Customer Service was great, delivery was quick and items were wonderful. Now, the only thing that is great are the products. Service is a complete joke. Lies after lies and delivery is atrocious. 2 weeks to ship an order. I'm done with this site unless they make some drastic changes for the better and give some incentive to shop there again.
I'm going to start off by saying that I was taken back from all the negative reviews i have read about Well.ca. I have been dealing with this company for years and have never ever had a bad experience. I have ordered tons of products and can honestly say that they have arrived on time (fast shipping) and the customer service department is always so friendly and willing to help with any questions I may have had. Great company!
They take too long to ship out. It should not take a company these day to process and ship out more than 24 hours. This company ships out 3 days after if you are lucky. Get with the program.
Customer service on phone said they would put a rush on my order. They never did. So I just cancelled and ordered from healthy planet where they are Much quicker and much nicer.
I've used Well.ca to order some herbal products and have had a fabulous, hassle-free experience each time. In fact, on occasion, the products I want have been offered at a lower price than in our local health store. Shipping is quick and orders are accurate. I highly recommend Well.ca.
I've purchased from Well.ca three times, and all of my orders arrived at a reasonable time. The prices are good, and the selection is great. I appreciate the free shipping for orders $35+ and would recommend this site to others.
First and last time ordering from them. My order did arrive on time and the transaction went smoothly, but the majority of my products arrived DAMAGED. I ordered several facial creams in pumps (and in jars), ALL of the pumps were broken and unusable. They claim that they try to be environmentally friendly by wrapping products in the safest way possible to avoid any damage that could occur during shipment, all I received was my entire order meshed up in one thin plastic bag. Also, I tried to get one of the pumps working by screwing the broken piece on top of the other part but little did I know that my attempt to try to make it work resulted in a final sale. Beware of well.ca and know their return policies beforehand. If your products arrived damaged and you return them as damaged, they are marked as final sale.
I've ordered everything from make-up, to coffee, to gourmet snacks, to household items multiple times from Well.ca. Everything has been exactly as expected and it shipped very quickly. The rare time they haven't had something in stock a prompt refund occurs and a discount for the next time. Well.ca are one of the heroes of the online shopping world, they continually make me happy.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it is still has not been received. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are not responsive and that is only if you are lucky enough to get thru to someone. Email is even worse. Save your time, money and sanity and order somewhere. This company is too big and focused on profits to care about prompt, efficient service.
I love that they provide free shipping! I order from this site a lot. Customer service is friendly. They emailed me to tell me that one of my items would take longer and asked if they should ship the other items first. Plus they have pretty much everything I have ever searched for.
I placed an order on the Thursday and it didn't even ship until the following Friday - more than a week later! For the outrageous prices they charge (everything at Well.ca is much more expensive than anywhere else) your purchase should be at your door within 48 hours. Instead, they take their sweet time and charge through the nose for it too.
I read all of the horrible reviews about well.ca and still decided to go ahead and order from them because they had a line of skincare products i could not find anywhere else. First off, it says very clearly on their website that it take 1-3 business days to process your order and depending on where you live (I live in the greater toronto area) the shipping will take 2-4 business days. I placed my order on Sunday and received it today, Thursday. It was well packaged and nothing was damaged. I will continue to order from them because my experience was pretty great, plus the pricing was on par with the actual skincare brand's website that did not ship to Canada (hence why i used well.ca in the first place). Just thought id share my first experience with them, certainly not my last!
The company has always shipped orders at lightning speed, lots of selection of natural and organic products, and in my experience their customer service goes out of their way to make it right, without question. Love the site.
I ordered a product from their website and it was shipped almost immediately, however, I realized I cant take this product anymore due to pregnancy. I asked if it can be cancelled and/or returned and customer care replied within 1 business day and initiated the refund before I even received the order to be able to return it. Quick reply, excellent service! I will order from them again!
I'm extremely happy with how they resolved an issue of my shipment not having tracking info and arriving late. It worried me at first because I hadn't ordered from them before, but they handled it so well that I ended up ordering from them again soon after.
I wanted to write this review because I feel genuinely grateful that there is a site I can buy natural products that largely aren't available for us in local stores.
It's nice to have a Canadian company (that's not just Amazon) which has good services, fair prices, and products I feel safe using for us and our child.

With little exception, everything on this website costs more than you can get it anywhere else. And many of the same products are now available at regular stores including Walmart. They're also very slow. Their policy is 3 WEEKdays to process the order which means if you place an order on Friday, it may not even ship until Wednesday of the following week. Then to add insult to injury, they choose TFORCE as one of their carriers. Why ANY company would use the absolute worst courier on the planet boggles the mind. TFORCE has consistent 1-star reviews for good reason - just go read some of the hundreds of 1-star reviews. Yet Well.ca chooses them. If your order is shipped with TFORCE either kiss it goodbye because it may not ever arrive, or be prepared for multiple "Your package is out for delivery" notices only to be followed with "We attempted delivery...". They don't. They lie. This courier plays games.
I was visiting Canada for a few days from US before flying out from Montreal. I wanted to order some products that I can't find anywhere or at reasonable prices (Moringa powder and Haritaki powder) but my card was not going through. I phoned Well.ca as per their email requesting I call. I explained the situation and the people were fantastic! Not only did she have the order expedited without charging extra shipping, they also included a free bottle of vitamins with my order. If I lived in Canada, this would definitely be my go-to place for high quality, reasonably priced, and hard to find wellness products.
I ordered a supplement for my dog that I couldn't find anywhere else in Canada, delivered to my mailbox in one week, as promised... free shipping and excellent product price. Will definitely be ordering from well.ca again!
