Awful experience in process of refund for flights. Promised to expediate the 8-12 weeks refund process. Week 12, still not processed, blaming on waiting on Airlines to refund. (My contract is with WeFly, not the airline, hence going with an Agent). Week 14 finally got refund, no formal communication on this. Minus £300 cancellation fee. Awful company, spent hours chasing them on the phone. Never ever ever use them again.See critical reviews
