My family and I booked our flights and hotel with WeFly. Turns out, a hotel that they rated 3-4 stars was, on TripAdvisor, not even 1 star! Horrific. We phoned WeFly and told them the situation, they then told us that we could upgrade to a new hotel and pay the difference. Later, they then told us we would be able to get a full refund for the hotel. Sounds great right? WeFly then proceeded to show that they had lied to us again, then telling us that we would not be getting any refund and that the person who told us that was wrong, even though we have it in writing that they said we could get a full refund and at the very least upgrade and pay the difference. DO NOT USE WEFLY, they are untruthful witht heir ratings and their customer service.

We are still fighting to get our money back, for a trip that is happening in October, it seems to already be ruined!

Do not use it.
