I love the patience and time Duncan and David took to walk me through advertising with them as well as taking a look at my WW page, my personal website and how to interact with customers. I cannot say enough about the support I receive from Wedding Wire. They are incredibly responsive. I have been w vendor on their site for 5 years and receive most of my referrals from them.
Just signed up as a DJ vendor. Reached out to a few past clients whom took their time out of their day and filled out positive reviews and wedding wire flagged their reviews and won't post them. From what i heard is they take care of vendors who have been with them throughout the years and who spend the most money and just don't care about the new guys trying to make it. I told them to please reach out to my clients who left reviews and have heard nothing back from wedding wire since. Very disappointed. Thank you for stealing my money.

I have had a great experience with Lizzie Wahle of Wedding Wire. She has been personable, easy to work with and is an excellent communicator.
I have used other sites to advertise my business, but Wedding Wire has been far superior in terms of professionalism and return of investment.

When I first started with Wedding Wire, it was great, I was a brand ambassador. Over time, the team has gotten away from their clients/vendors. I marry over 500 couples a year and use all of their tools. I make suggestions over and over and no response. Today they announced without consideration, that all "client tools" would be removed in 2 months and to get your data or it will be gone. I've structured my business around these tools and have thrived, so to know that this is happening has really put me in a jam. When I mentioned breach and that these were the only reasons that I purchase my professional membership, they added the waiver in the contract that says that they can remove anything at anytime whenever they want to. Totally unimpressed and have grown complacent over time, now devastated. They have lost my faith and trust and future business. You may note my 5 star review below. Please consider this a update 4 years later. Service is less and less and less. I wish them the same kindness and consideration that they have shown me, in everything that they do and touch ten fold.
