Bought 10 bucket seats for my stools, their measurements on their website are less than accurate. When I asked for them to be returned they told me that I was out of my 30 day return policy.
We got done doing our remodeling and went to put the stools on and they don't fit and offered no resolution or resolve.
If your thinking of buying equipment. Think twice before you do business with this company.
I'm out 350.00 and was in the process of buying under counter fridges that they will not be considered for.

Great product lines and parts availability. Shipping is a bit too high though. My product selection was less than the shipping cost. This makes it undesirable to order online.

We are a small restaurant and we were having problems with our waffle makers breaking often so I found Webstaurant and searched for a professional Belgium waffle maker. Somehow I ordered a regular waffle maker. I wanted to exchange it but they charge a $240 restocking fee! I decided just to return it and now they are trying to say it was used. We had it out of the box for 5 minutes and never used it. Just this one time they said will let it go and refund half of the $1300. Straight up theft. Do not use this company.

We bought equipment from them thru a lender who paid them upfront as it is the lenders policy. We are small and did not have the funds. Once they were paid it was game over - they knew we could do nothing, and they treated us like absolute garbage. Dodged our issue for over 7 weeks, damaged/missing products. Then after almost 8 weeks would not refund us told us all they can do is issue us a store credit for the missing and damaged products. Horrible A hole corporate type company GO BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE - you have been warned

I really appreciate the prompt deliveries and wide selection of items. I find prices to be much cheaper here than at the local 'big box' stores. I've been especially happy with all of the large items I've purchased (refrigerator, freezer, sinks, waffle iron.) Made a purchase off the website and the item was delivered. After I opened the box and found out this was the wrong item I needed I contacted Customer Service right away. Box was opened but item was not taken out of the box and still wrapped in plastic. The item itself was not touched. Saw right away the item was unusable for what I wanted and needed it for. While chatting with Customer Service I was immediately told there would be a 30% restocking fee plus I needed to pay for return postage. I don't mind paying for return postage since it was my own mistake but I don't agree with a restocking fee of 30% when the item was never taken out of the box. I was also told they would not do exchanges. I also noticed this morning they have reduced the price of the item by $10.00 for this exact item. Just a warning read the fine print and the ratings, feedbacks before you decide to make a purchase from WebstaurantStore.

Awful customer service this morning when I ordered a stainless table online then tried to reach someone to make a change on the order I ordered wrong size by mistake.
Can't talk to anyone! Online chat person awful! Lost 2 people in chat had to start over 2 times. They can't cancel order said it already shipped which is impossible!

Ordered 3 sinks, 3 bay sinks got damaged badly, and other damages on utility sinks.
Refused to replace the items, because we didn't inspect the sinks upon arrival, despite the fact they wrap the entire 9 bulk products on top of each other on one pallet.
How can they expect us to unbox every item upon arrival before signing notes? That will take an hour!
Blame us for receiving the delivery without "damage" note, and that's it. No effort in processing the replacement. Only keep insisting on a small refund. Zero effort for replacement. Zero.
Zero customer protection and satisfaction. Awful management with their 3rd party carrier. We will not refer this company to our partners now.

Signing the delivery slip states that the order was received in good condition unless otherwise noted. Since this is a legally binding document, we would now need to prove to the carrier that this is damage that happened in transit and not while in your possession. We understand that it may not be feasible to unbox all of the items at the time of delivery, but it is important to note any packaging damage that you see at the time of arrival on the Proof of Delivery Slip if you are unable to fully inspect the shipment. We also ask that you report any damage within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and win compensation for the damage for you. Stay away. Bought several items from them and they were the wrong sizes a described in the description. Called 7 times to return and was told several times could not return? Than finally got a terrible representative and said could return and was going to be charged 20% restocking fee and also shipping! They ate terrible and also wanted pictures showing not opened and goes on (look pics) defiantly stay away. You might think your saving money and you are not! If things come damaged they tell you to go to there. We bought from webrestaurent and they direct ship to you and any problems they don't stand behind! Just shove you off!

I ordered some aprons for around $30 plus shipping came out to $51. Then was alerted later my address was incomplete. To complete the address and continue shipment I was charged another $14 so I paid. The whole shipment was then returned. No reason. They only offer a partial refund for returns and which I was still charged $27. For something that cost $30 and wind up with nothing was very disappointing. Things happen, whether I missed it or the system was at fault for the initial incomplete address. Who knows. So I offered to meet them in the middle just resend the whole thing and charge me again minus the refund. Basically clean slate reship even with a penalty charge. But They refused and I would end up paying almost $90 for aprons that cost $30. Not worth it anymore. I asked to speak with a manager and at first they were reluctant and deflected my request. Finally when the manager replied just reiterated what was previously said. No customer service. I was under the impression that Webstaurant was in the business of selling and shipping merchandise but I guess I was mistaken.

Buyer Beware! I wanted to return an unused item which did not meet what we needed. Initially, they sent an email stating that the item could not be return. Then I had a IM chat with a representative who wanted to charge me 30% restock fee plus a return postage. When asked to speak to a supervisor or senior customer service representation by phone, I was informed that the they only service complaints via IM chat.
I have used they vendor in the past but didn't need to return an item. This was a horrible customer service experience. Plus the vendor tried to profit on a return item.
