I had no idea how to create a website but WebSiteBox has made this so easy for me by offer a free 45 minute one-on-one walk through with Mark Sanchez who over the telephone and with screen-cast showed me how to customize my site and set my IDX up for me and had it up and running within an hour or so. This alone was worth more than what I paid for the website. The customer service is exceptional they have been there to answer any questions I have had when I needed help Jonah has been right there with me on chat walking me through whatever I needed.

As a new Realtor I signed up for WebSiteBox as a cheap way of getting a web site up and running with the expectation that I would have to transition to a high priced "professional" site some time in the future.
Well I couldn't be more wrong. WebSiteBox does everything I need, and most important of all, I had IDX up and running within hours of signing up. But the best was yet to come. They scheduled me for a 45 minute one-on-one walk through with Mark Sanchez who over the telephone and with a screen-cast showed me how to customise my site. This alone was worth more than the $99 price I paid for the the whole site.

Website Box is always on hand to assist with technical difficulties, or even just to provide general guidance. For the money, I believe there isn't another option out there that beats the deal you get with Website Box. I'm running multiple sites with them at a fraction of the cost to run even one made by a designer, and once you learn the tricks of the trade, you'll be updating pages, and content with a flick of the wrist... Although it's not the best of the best, it's definitely the next best thing for people on a set budget!

A great way to have your website up and running for a low cost. No monthly hosting fee! Really! The work to prepare your own website is made user friendly, however, if you are challenged with doing it yourself, you can pay for additional services to help you out. Since this is an American company, and there are some signs it is, that cannot yet be changed for Canadians, such as zip code. Hopefully this will be updated soon to better represent us north of the border.

There are a lot of websites wanting our business. Many of them have a good product but fall short in the customer service area. Not Websitebox.com

While the learning curve is relatively simple with the many help videos they post, they also provide excellent technical support for all of those little situations you come across that was not quite answered perhaps to your satisfaction in one of their help videos.

Besides being affordable and user friendly, Websitebox has a lot of tools to help you create a great real estate website!

I was offered One Hour Onboarding Call with WebsiteBox to assist with setting up my website and becoming familiar with the Control Panel. My Onboarding Call was scheduled for 2:00pm, and to log in 5 minutes prior. Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable when it came to the gadgets and the IDX. I had a list of questions prepared and Mark was able to answer all of my questions before the call ended. WebsiteBox has been great to work, especially for the price. The only negative I have had is with the SEO app not working properly but was advised the app is currently being upgraded and should be working soon.

I have been trying to find a Website that is basically up and running in a Flash, yet if I needed to make changes, it would not take a degree in Computer Science to make those changes. Well, Websitebox "hit the nail on the head". I purchased the site, and was literally up and running the same evening. I have been gradually making changes to meet my communities needs and it's almost where I want it. A few more pictures and some videos, which by the way, I can add them without the CS degree. And the Staff has been absolutely wonderful! Helpful in every sense of the word. Rapid response is an understatement! Keep up the good work Websitebox!
