I started with a competitor product, and switched to Website box for my RE web services recently. The ease of use of setup was worth it alone. The power that WSB gave me (right away) was quite surprising. Instantly I had easy domain transfer, a personalized and localized site, IDX/MLS integration, a sensible navigation, and very robust content and SEO available to me without the WEEKS of time other sites took for me to build. The best part is the look/feel and customer-centric kiosk that makes sense to my clients. Save the time, save the money and start with WSB. WebsiteBox is hands down the best in my mind.

What more can you ask for? The price for an agent website through WebsiteBox cannot be matched. The look and feel of the website is clean, user friendly, and comes with buyer/seller content pre-generated for those of us who simply need a quick website to establish some sort "web presence". If you do happen to come around to customizing your website to be truly yours its a snap managing/creating pages (no HTML knowledge necessary).

Sure IDX feeds cost more but in all honesty you can just set your clients up to search for homes within your own MLS or have them search on Zillow, Trulia, etc.

I have been a current user for quite a while and found the original set up on the old platform to be fairly decent once you got used to it. This new platform however is not user-friendly or intuitive. After spending much time trying to figure it out I'm just about ready to call the competition to get a different site or use the lame website my company gives me.

The new platform requires us to start from scratch with our new website so all the work you've put into it up till now gets to be scrapped so you can do it all over again. And trying to use the new platform Is simply not easy. I did try!

Like some of the top reviews here (before they were replaced with fake 5 star reviews), the customer service and quality is seriously lacking. You get what you pay for, which isn't much. For something as important as my website, these guys aren't even close to cutting it. I switched to Superhero SEO and they've provided the quality I've been looking for (WebsiteBox hasn't been my first attempt at a solution).

I have been with WebsiteBox for over 4 years now and I think they are wonderful. I find WebsiteBox to be just a good and just as capable as any another site I have tried and for much, much less. I love the designs and how easy it is to make the changes I want and I have always had a great experience whenever I call them for support. They have been very friendly helpful with me. I most definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

LIke most I was skeptical about WebsiteBox's products and service due to the extremely low price. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the opportunity for a live orientation about the product I purchased. The orientation with Mark was informing, helpful, detailed and he was patient as he walked me through all my questions. After I had the orientation I still had a few questions so I called and support picked up within a couple of minutes. I've already shared WebsiteBox with others I know could benefit from their servicse and will continue to do so.

In short, everything started out well until I began losing clients because the property photos were too small. I had clients go with me when I left a team, and had to change platforms. Being on a budget I tried Website Box because of the price. I seriously had clients leave my platform because the property photos were too small to see, especially on mobile devices. Now, I get it that this platform is cheap, and you get what you pay for, but it should still be able to produce adequately sized photos. That's pretty common technology. When I complained however, it fell on uninterested ears. So, if you want something cheap, then maybe give it a try. If you want something quality then you may want to check out other options.

I am a real estate agent in Orlando, FL. I had been using our MLS-provided website for years as it was easy to manage and provided the results I needed. In July of 2014, our MLS system was changed to another system and the website that was provided was inadequate. So, I started my search for a new website provider. I came upon Website Box and was totally amazed at the fabulous real estate templates that were provided. Almost every page I could image was there for the tweaking to my personal business needs. It was so easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. And the PRICE CAN'T BE BEAT... a ONE-TIME CHARGE... REALLY! That was what ultimately sold me. Additional features are available, also for a one-time charge, but I have found the website to be sufficient with only the addition of a custom header. I recommend Website Box to all of my real estate friends. I have friends in the staging business and I wish there was a template made for them... I know you would have more customers from that field as well. I am super pleased with this company, their service, and their responsiveness. You won't go wrong if you make your website with Website Box.

I started with WebsiteBox as an agent and just opened my own brokerage. I'm continuing to use them because they make having a real estate website so easy! The content is great, the Apps are useful, and their support is second to none. They are always there to help. As cliche as it sounds, I still can't believe it's only $99!
