I can't express in words how frustrating this company has been to work with. I was told from the start that it would only be $99/yr After a time, things were changed and my account closed. I expressed my frustration and received a reply stating that in order to activate my account I had to pay three times what was agreed upon. There was no apology in the response. The one star reflects their lack of empathy and customer service. Their actions prove that they only care about a profit and are misleading in their sales tactics.

It is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have written several emails and they don't even care to respond. They are so full of you know what. The reviews you are reading from everyone else is spot on. It is horrible and despicable. You have to figure out your own problems.

When making modifications to your website, there are also lots of bugs you'll run into which are quite irritating. Example, when select a sentence and changing it to bold lettering, it will only select one word and make it bold. You have to select each word in order for the change to occur. Do you think you can deal with that?

My site has been working just fine up until February 2023. The Home value tool stopped working sometime in February or maybe even before February, and they still have no ETA on when it will be fixed. I keep getting the same response every time I contact them, "We're working on it". Now I have to go find another Home value tool to use in my ads. So frustrating!

Websitebox is down. I called the phone found on Facebook and is out of order. Seems that this company disappeared. My website is lost and all the link I have on my social media is not working. The company is not reachable at this time. Frustrated. My hosting company said that my website was transferred to Amazon but I didn't authorize the move. I am stuck with WEBSITEBOX because there is no way to contact them to see what is going on.

WebsiteBox is the worst website maker I have ever used. I highly discourage you to not purchase this website designer. The editing is infuriating. You can barely make edits to text or pictures without deleting edits or just being unable to edit. Once you have made an edit it is irreversible.

I am very pleased with my website and the hard work Jenny-May put into developing the website just for me. Jenny-May is reliable and makes herself available when I have questions about my website. I like the professional relationship we have with each other and Jenny-May listened to all my ideas and put them in fruition. My website is exactly the way I want it, it is very professional and cover all my needs. Not only that, I love the price point option that Website Box have. When I contacted for help, Jenny May assured me that I was in good hands. Aside from the fact that she wasn't the account manager who had been assigned to me. I was able to get a lot of feedback. I wasn't able to find my listings and Jenny was able to find my listings using my agent ID.

However, I recently took another look and was shocked to see how far they have come. If you haven't looked at it for a while, you really should look again. Today, Websitebox boasts everything you'll need for building an absolutely beautiful and highly functional real estate website. And they do this for a very competitive price! It is super easy to use, while being very robust in options and features. And though it is easy to use, they also have a fantastic customer service staff to help if you need it. During my website building phase, I was especially impressed with a customer support representative named Candy. She listened carefully, was knowledgeable about the product, articulated ideas clearly, and conveyed a sincere sense of caring and value to me as a customer. Great product, great prices, great people. What more could you want?
