Great value for a real estate website! Easy to set up and to make adjustments. Help menu is useful, and email replies have been in a few hours. There are many additional services that you can purchase to add to your site, but none are necessary to have a nice, functional page. I highly recommend scheduling the the orientation phone call and walk through. It showed me many features that I had not found and allows a live Q&A session. So far so good!
These important features should be included as a default feature with purchase. Other than that, the service is good. I had a good experience setting up my page and was practically hand-held through the process!
I just finished getting help through the "Live Chat" Service they have available. Mark was able to answer my questions and even when I got confused we were able to figure out my issue. He even gave me recommendations on what to do and not to do in order to avoid other issues down the road. This has been one of the better experiences with live chat help sessions that I have had. The chat session was started really quickly when I requested it, much better than having to sit around and wait on the phone or wait for an email to be returned. Love, Love, Love this company! The websites are plentiful if you're looking for a certain design/feel, SUPER affordable, easy to edit, and you can't beat the customer service. They are on top of it. I've only been using Website Box for a week or so. It was recommended to me by my broker and his wife. The cost vs value seems to be much better than a monthly pay service. Rather than giving you an all inclusive for a monthly fee, they give you the basic for $99 and offer you add ons based on your needs. Either way, once you're set up, you won't have a monthly fee (at least not for now).
I have had several questions along the way in learning how to use this system to set up a new website; and every time I've accessed the live chat feature, I have been helped promptly by efficient and competent individuals who saved me tons of time trying to figure things out on my own. A special shout out to Mark Sanchez who really knows his stuff!
For the price, this is an amazing place to park your website and be able to make it custom looking like you paid people a bunch of money to get it going! Great training materials to guide you through!
I do have an issue that their chat function takes sometimes 24 hours for anyone to answer.
By far the best bang for the buck! Great fully functional website for an awesome price! Yes they do have add-ons but big deal... for $8.25 a month ($99) it is an absolute bargain! You can get cheap or free sites that are horrible first impressions, or you can spend $3,500-$7,500 for a custom... WebsiteBox has amazing sites for just $99 a year!
Also, I had a problem with some of the things I was trying to accomplish and they not only fixed it but had me up and running the next day!
I am a web developer and freelance designer. I was hired to help an agent get the site setup and working after she had lots of issues trying to get simple things setup and working.
Most of what they say they can do. They cant or it is done in a very limiting way. Very little modifications can be done other than placement of items on the page. The forms for collecting data are the worst I have seen and you cant make any changes to them.
I am recommending my client use something else. Stay as far away as you can.
After 29 years in the Real Estate business, this is truly the value that all Realtors expect, very short learning curve to design your our website that's easy to maintenance. You can't dine out and feed a family of four for the price! But you could earn enough to feed a village.

I was initially concerned that creating a comprehensive real estate site was going to be very costly and nearly impossible for me to create myself... after all, I'm a Realtor, not a programmer, and I needed more than just a splash page. There have been some quirks in the building process, but their customer service dept. has been very helpful in working through them with me. For an inexpensive full featured website that has CRM, etc. Websitebox is a good option.

This is huge, as coming up with content is always a challenge. On-line chat support has been great and very helpful. I am not very good at navigating sites on computers but this seems like something I can definitely handle! Very informative first call to help me get used to the system and where to find things. I started with WebsiteBox as an agent and just opened my own brokerage. I'm continuing to use them because they make having a real estate website so easy! The content is great, the Apps are useful, and their support is second to none. They are always there to help. As cliche as it sounds, I still can't believe it's only $99!
I too signed up when it was advertised as a one time payment of $99 for life. They then decided they would no longer honor that offer and is forcing all their customers to switch to a yearly subscription. Bye bye! I won't be dealing with a company who falsely advertises and who so obviously can't be trusted.

No where else can you find such a high quality website for the price. Once logged in there are pages already added so that you can get up and running in no time, and with very basic computer knowledge. If you do get stuck, it's a quick trip to the forum, Vimeo video tutorials, and best of all the live chat. Mark is patient and stayed with me to make sure I knew how to make it work. Other companies should take a page out of your support notebook!

The site is mostly easy to work with, a few hiccups but customer support is always there to help. I only had one bad experience where we got disconnected but definitely worth the money!
