Not quite up and running but everyone is so nice and helpful. I've paid a lot more for other sites but this one has all you need. The add-ons they have will cover anything you want to do. Highly recommend.
I have had my domain name for thirteen years and dealt with multiple hosting companies over this time. Bar none websitebox is the best and most cost effective one available. Support is always available when necessary and excellent. To edit my website there are self help tools available making it a do it yourself dream. The annual fees are reasonable. You won't go wrong choosing websitebox as your host!
David was very helpful today explaining and getting me started on developing my website. Thanks! They saved me a lot of money compared to other quotes I have been given. It does help if you know some basics of using a computer, but is not for the novice who has trouble turning on and off a computer :)
The customer service is the worst. They treat like you are bothering them. When I tried to explain my issues about their lame layouts they responded with rude remarks and attitudes. Wish my owner would change to another company. Not worth it all!
Does not deliver what it claims. Customer service is horrible, especially Mark Sanchez. My issues have never been resolved. After doing more research, there are numerous complaints ranging from customer service to technical support to product delivery. This is a fly-by-night company.
I have been a current user for quite a while and found the original set up on the old platform to be fairly decent once you got used to it. This new platform however is not user-friendly or intuitive. After spending much time trying to figure it out I'm just about ready to call the competition to get a different site or use the lame website my company gives me.
The new platform requires us to start from scratch with our new website so all the work you've put into it up till now gets to be scrapped so you can do it all over again. And trying to use the new platform Is simply not easy. I did try!
WebsiteBox used to have great customer service... not sure what has gone wrong! I have a an open issue with our vacant land listings not showing up on our website - they used to be there - they disappeared at least a week ago. After 7 days I still have zero answers... and no estimated time of a resolution. In real estate your website content is important - half of ours is missing and WebsiteBox could care less.

Sorry to hear about the challenges you are having with the new platform.
The main reasons we migrated to a new platform is to allow for much better lead generation using Google Ads, Facebook Pixel and you get a free SSL certificate to ensure your website is secure. The old site simply did not have the capability to integrate these options.

Just joined WebsiteBox after my existing web provider was shutting down and the step-in was charging an atrocious monthly fee. Fairly easy to set up, especially if you are hands on or have managed your previous website. A great team and very helpful. Definitely would recommend.
I am a Real Estate Broker & Webmaster. I must say that in my humble opinion, there is no way to sustain any business with a one time fee. My server costs money every month to keep a connection to the internet so I can provide hosting. Client services takes time, noticing that many of the Forum questions have not been answered.
Once everyone possible has signed up, the money flow stops. Nothing in life is for free, if it is then not for long. Added costs/fees for apps and add on features is also a one time fee, but again it is not sustainable over time. WebsiteBox would appear to be more believable if they at least charged $5 a month for hosting. Then when there is a million clients, they will be able to pay for their cost of server hosting and internal costs.

I was able to work through my issues after experiencing a couple of frustrating Customer Service calls. Everything went smoothly once I got in touch with their CS manager, Dan. He is and was very professional, understanding, and conscientious.
My WebsiteBox does what it needs to do for only $99. It's a good value for the price.
You cannot go wrong with WebsiteBox. I currently have two websites with them, my Real Estate website and my Property Management website. The website options are all professional easy to use and edit. The content is also well written. Best part I can change the look of my website at any point without losing any of the content. You also get great customer service. I have asked multiple questions using their online chat service, not only do they answer your question, but it is always followed by a link to help walk you through step by step. I have also called in when I needed someone to assist with something I mistakenly deleted and messed up my website. The customer service rep was able to figure it out and fix it within minutes. For one time fee of $99 each you cannot go wrong.

While the learning curve is relatively simple with the many help videos they post, they also provide excellent technical support for all of those little situations you come across that was not quite answered perhaps to your satisfaction in one of their help videos.

I have done quite a few websites in my past but this company was by far the easiest. They have pre-designed styles with a real high-end feel for you to choose from, then you answer a few prompted questions about your website information and you are up and running. It really is that easy! Thank you websitebox, one less thing on my plate.
I am early on in the process but have been impressed with the customer support so far. Shortly after purchase I scheduled an informative 45 min orientation session which I highly recommend. I can also reach customer service by phone easily enough and they have been patient and helpful each time. I don't have my full site up yet but so far I am encouraged. It looks like there are lots of options to create a great site. I don't mind the $99 add ons for additional features. It's still a good deal.
A great way to have your website up and running for a low cost. No monthly hosting fee! Really! The work to prepare your own website is made user friendly, however, if you are challenged with doing it yourself, you can pay for additional services to help you out. Since this is an American company, and there are some signs it is, that cannot yet be changed for Canadians, such as zip code. Hopefully this will be updated soon to better represent us north of the border.

Answer: Amy - we have several containers which we allow for agents to determine how they best want to market their brand. You can use one logo in the header and one in the footer of the website if you like. There are several different options but the short answer to the question is yes.

The old version was antiquated and no longer supported the advances of technology and the needs of realtors. We are offering a free onboarding and you were upgraded into the Standard Plan for free and did not pay anything extra. We also offer a free SSL certificate with the new platform. 3. You kept on interrupting me and saying that there is something wrong with the site, without actually guiding me or showing me where to go to see the error.
