My experience with Websitebox.com has been nothing short of superb. They have super fast email responses and they have answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
I highly recommend Website box to anyone! First of all, You can't beat the price! Plus the site offers everything I need ( And then some) to make a professional looking website at an extremely low cost! I did a lot of research before I decided who to choose. I am glad I went with them!
Do not be afraid to use them for your website needs!

Purchased a websitebox site, I asked to change the site to another as it was very hard for visitors to surf and didn't do the MLS search, customer service refused to change it and asked me to purchase another one, very poor customer service and websites, stay away from websitebox and deal with other professional website providers!

Mark Sanchez and the entire support team at Websitebox has been friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a real estate website that has many bells an whistles that other sites charge monthly fees for, look no further WebsiteBox has it all from CRM, Drip marketing, and a multitude of templates to choose from. As a new agent in the real estate market, they made setting up my site a breeze. For only $99 bucks WebsiteBox really did the trick!

I have been in real estate for 12 years with a subpar website. Recently I decided to add IDX capability and came across WebsiteBox.com. I am so GLAD I purchased the website package they offer. The site is more than what I expected to get for their low one time fee! I AM VERY SATISFIED. Website Box is a great value and really understands marketing. They have customized niche marketing websites with content ready to go. You hardly have to lift a finger. When I called for customer service, they exceeded my expectations. The representative, Mark Sanchez, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel rushed and my issue was resolved. Thanks to WebsiteBox for providing great products and excellent customer service!

Website Box is an excellent value, delivering impressive looking websites that the realtor can take varying degrees of control over, depending on their comfort level. When in doubt of how to make changes, the support staff is very responsive and informative. Even better, past chats and guidance from the staff is automatically saved in the chat windows for future reference and reminders of how to accomplish tasks.
Overall, an excellent option for integrated website design, IDX integration, and hosting... all in one easy-to-use package for an attractive and very fair price point.

Love, Love, Love this company! The websites are plentiful if you're looking for a certain design/feel, SUPER affordable, easy to edit, and you can't beat the customer service. They are on top of it. I will keep buying more sites and more apps. Jonah is excellent at communication and has helped me a couple of times. Always fixed the problem which was me mainly not knowing what to do. Thanks!

I am a Real Estate Broker & Webmaster. I must say that in my humble opinion, there is no way to sustain any business with a one time fee. My server costs money every month to keep a connection to the internet so I can provide hosting. Client services takes time, noticing that many of the Forum questions have not been answered.

Once everyone possible has signed up, the money flow stops. Nothing in life is for free, if it is then not for long. Added costs/fees for apps and add on features is also a one time fee, but again it is not sustainable over time. WebsiteBox would appear to be more believable if they at least charged $5 a month for hosting. Then when there is a million clients, they will be able to pay for their cost of server hosting and internal costs.

Just saying...

They offer excellent value, solid customer service and make designing/customizing your website a snap. No website design knowledge is required to create your own website.
Won't beat their value anywhere, I've seen similar quality website templates for significantly more and you have to pay an additional hosting fee. No hosting fee with Website Box!

I'm not a technical person but I was able to build my own website with the templates and the miriad of options that allowed me to customize my pages as I needed to.
Support is great with pretty good response times.
I love being able to control the backend as my business and Analytics needs dictate. If I had my site custom built, I would be paying people by the hour to change my back end.
I found that Google Analytics sort of docks any website that is template based. My suggestion is to make each page your own and blog. This freshens it up and keeps it relevent to Google. I pay a professional to set up and manage my Google Adwords to maximize my exposure. I have new visitors to my site everyday.
I chose website box due to budget constraints and I can tell in the long run, it will save me money.

I explored many website companies prior to selecting WebsiteBox, I chose WebsiteBox for two main reasons. WebsiteBox's pricing structure, and the fact that through WebsiteBox, I could get a website plus hosting that is equivalent or better than the products and services that I could get from other website companies that were going to charge me hundreds and even thousands of dollars.

I am in the process of setting up my website as I wait for my MLS to process my application for an IDX feed. Most of the creation of my website was already done by WebsiteBox, However, I want to personalize my site as much as possible.

Since I have no experience in website building, I have had to rely on WebsiteBox's experienced and highly capable support staff to help me personalize my site. All of the members of the support staff have been absolutely wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful, Because of my lack of knowledge of the website building process, I have had to ask many questions, many of which were no doubt very confusing. However the members of WebsiteBox's support staff were able to sort through the situation and set me on the right track.

I was mislead by the seemingly low initial price, but quickly found out that every app or option would cost you the same as the original price of the site. They told me that the site's app would do what I needed it to, but I found that it would not. I was just over my 30 days so they would not refund any money. It was a total loss as the site is the most basic of sites and is just a template that you can get anywhere. If you want a site that looks like everyone else's site this is the one. If you want a site that will function the way you want, this is probably not the one. With a little research, I found very good companies that do offer what I was looking for. Please do your research before you spend any money with this company. I would recommend that you not do business with them or waste the money on something that will not work.

Does not deliver what it claims. Customer service is horrible, especially Mark Sanchez. My issues have never been resolved. After doing more research, there are numerous complaints ranging from customer service to technical support to product delivery. This is a fly-by-night company.

1. Office Listings aren't showing up
-I checked the account and all 42 office listings at the time are properly showing up.

2. Your personal listings aren't showing up.
-I checked the site and your single listing at the time is properly showing up.

3. You kept on interrupting me and saying that there is something wrong with the site, without actually guiding me or showing me where to go to see the error.

I really tried my best to help you out, but if you will say that I am rude to you over the phone, without me actually being rude, then there's not much I can do about that.

With all honesty, this is the very first time I received a bad review from a user. I always go above and beyond to help out as pointed out by numerous clients before you.

I just signed up with WebsiteBox.com and couldn't be happier, as somebody who is very "non-techy". The platform is very easy to navigate and they offer so many choices to customize your site. I called for support, as I had a few questions and Ian was awesome! He took the time to walk me through everything I needed and even followed up with me to make sure I was on the right path. I'm grateful a fellow agent recommended WebsiteBox to me, and I will definitely tell others about it.:-)

WebsiteBox is the answer to the prayers for REALTORS. Service is great. I needed some help with reorganizing my site and doing things that is not designed to do. I contacted Mark through online help and he guided me through it and helped me with some other questions. Now, I know what the heck I am doing... This is a great packeage and it comes with superior service!

Have been working on my site for about a week. Websitebox has some quirks but if you take your time and be patient you can develop a pretty robust site. I was paying $60.00 a month for my last website and Websitebox's product is just as good (if not better).

Good So Far

Price point is one of the best IMO of lots of searching. I was able to get my site up and running with my MLS IDX search very quickly and lots of choices to make it look nice. You do have to do some user end work which can be a bit frustrating being a Realtor, not a computer programmer. I have called into support now about 4 times in the past 24 hrs and have been able to get immediate assistance 3 of the 4. Mark S. Was very good when I was frazzled. The other time I did get a call back and we have been able to work though my technical difficulty disability. It has been mainly change over e-mail problems so nothing to do with the site.

Website box is a great value for your money and they have great customer service. I signed up with website box over 2 years ago and they are very responsive when you need help. They will walk you through fixing your problem and help in any way they can. The control panel is very user friendly and when you think you cant figure it out they will help you figure it out. I received excellent customer service from IAN!
