My order is always right, and on time. I would have give five stars except for the fact that the boxes aren't labeled (left or right) so it takes some investigation to figure out which eye is which. Otherwise, great!
It has been 22 days since I ordered contacts and an eye exam. I finally received my eye exam and have asked for a refund twice and keep getting the run around. Their customer service reps don't reply to emails in a timely manner and never respond once I ask for a refund. I paid for Contacts to be delivered and never got them! I should get a refund. I had to order from 1-800 Contacts and their customer service is impeccable. My order has already been shipped and will be here tomorrow. Don't use this company, they don't honor your purchase and their customer service is subpar at best.
After researching prices from many locations and websites, I found the most reasonable prices on this website! Free Shipping on all orders was just one of the many other perks of this website. The order actually arrived faster than was stated on the website. The website was extremely easy to use and navigate. Coupon/Promo Codes page was a plus. One of my favorite features is the rewards program AND the variety in the payment methods accepted. I have not yet found a better website for contact lenses, or better pricing AND benefits on any other contact lens retail website or location. Webeyecare is not only my TOP CHOICE when looking to order more contacts, it has been the ONLY place I have ordered contacts for the past few years. I would definitely recommend this website! You won't be disappointed!

This is my first time ordering from webeyecare.com so I thought to give it a try given the many positive reviews online and also this is the best price I could find at the time. The box appeared to be tampered upon arrival (see photo). The two boxes of contacts inside were intact and were not opened and the mailing statement was also inside. I tried the contacts yesterday and they were comfortable; I have been wearing this same brand for many years now. I have been ordering contacts online for many years now from different companies and they never arrived in damaged box. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and just curious what happened to the package along the transit route.

I have used WebEyeCare many times for my contact lens orders. Most of the time it is excellent. Great service, fast delivery, good price. This past experience was less than stellar. I received an email with a coupon code "TAKE10" with no clear restrictions. My order would NOT take this code. I have been going back and forth with Customer Service reps with no satisfaction to date. Not the right way to treat a long standing, loyal customer in my opinion.
