Customer service contacted me about a potential error in my order for glasses. They didn't just ship the eroneous order! Now I have the correct glasses and they are perfect. I've placed an order and paid $30 for 2 days of shipping sent my prescription and a week later they saying they still wanna hear from my eye doctor. Like wtf? I'm here sitting waiting for my contacts so I can see. My freaking prescription is legit what's the point of asking for your prescription and attached it with your receipt? What happened to my $30 for 2days shipping? They just wanna pocket it. Scammers!
Hello. It looks like the order was placed for a brand other than what is prescribed to you. As contact lenses are considered a medical device, per federal law we can only dispense the same brand and powers as prescribed to you by your eye care provider who we attempted to contact for your most recent order before it was cancelled. We do suggest removing the image from your review if possible as it contains your private information and is visible publicly.
The prices are unbeatable unfortunately this most recent order the shipping was very sore even though I payed for expedited shipping
Best price around for brand name contacts. My eye doctor s office wanted 55% more on price for the very same contacts. I got year supply for little over price of 6 months supply

I always try to find the cheapest deal on contacts whenever I need to renew (eye doctor offices charge at least twice or three times what I can find online for myself). WebEyeCare was the cheapest I could find this time. The contacts were shipped to me quickly and their staff was very helpful. The only thing that could have been better was notification from the company that a shipping label had been created the moment they took money from my account. Otherwise, all good.

Contact lens I purchased from webeyecare.com did not work me. I rarely return items purchased via Internet, but with their banners of 100% satisfaction guaranteed, etc. I called customer service and found that in fact it's not 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I can only return unopened box, I pay for shipping, no return label, and worst of all a surly customer service rep. I'm going to buy a new contact lenses but not from this company.

Signed up and placed my first order for contacts earlier this year. Found the best price here with WebEyeCare.com, and the order was completed and shipped quick. Had a small glitch with getting an Rx change updated with them before they shipped out my next order, but they have been working with me to get this resolved. UPDATE: Dropping down to 3 STARS, but just wanted to note 2 things: 1) Their website could use a little upgrade. It doesn't really have a communication\issue resolution section to it, such as like a Messages Menu, which would be kind of nice and they don't have an Account area. For example, if you send in a return, there is no place in the online system to see the status of the return or the status of your account/credit card credit. 2) There seems to be a lag between an order being processed and when it is actually shipped. I just placed an order on 8/26, and it's been showing as "Processed" for least 2 days now and still hasn't shipped. No other updates available on it. One more thing. They have this "awards" system that you get $5, or $10 etc amount that you've earned based on your orders. However, if anything is on sale or has a "special" which seems they have a lot of them, especially for the contacts that I want, you can't use your credit on an order with a sale item. Which, IMO, is kinda dumb. You've supposedly earned the credit because you spent enough money with them already, so then let a person use it!
Webeyecare was very easy to do business with. They were quick to respond to a question I sent them by email and sent me notifications every step of the way regarding shipping and transit. I needed toric XR contacts that are considered special order. It was initially supposed to take 5 to 7 weeks, but I actually received them in 2 weeks. Great service and the lowest price I found anywhee. I would definitely order from them again. Terrific experience!
I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!

USPS does show that they attempted to forward your package on July 26th. It does not say why that attempt resulted in the package being returned to us. Unfortunately, we have no control over the processes of USPS. We do recommend, in the future, advising us of the new address so we can update your order prior to shipment. Our system shows a replacement order was requested on August 3rd when you advised us of the package not being received. The replacement order is also on backorder as your brand and prescription combination are not readily in stock for shipment. We have advised our shipping department to ship the order as it becomes available so you may receive multiple shipments of varying quantities. We requested the replacement be shipped with next business day air so once it does ship you will not need to wait the 10 business days of your original shipping winodw. If the prescription is provided via upload when the order is placed the order will ship same day if placed before 1pm est Monday - Friday. A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
