Web.com took down my website and all business e-mail after I have been a client for over 6 years. They never e-mailed me about any problems and just took everything down. I'm not sure why they did this. I have been trying for 2 days to get this restored and have been told the escalation process takes 24 - 48 Hours. Meanwhile, I can't get any business e-mails and may be losing business. I asked to escalate this to a manger and was told that they will call me in another 4 hours. In my book this is not any way to run a business. I would think about using them if I were you... Beware!

Run into many technical issues, the site is glitchy and closes out a lot while I am updating or adding items or editing my website. Not user friendly, the website building is at times frustrating and there are many lacks of options such as ability to add a personalization box for customers during item purchase.
I have been frustrated with several attempts at building my own website. Marc M. & the web sight designer that interviewed me were fantastic in directing me on this pursuit! They were very understanding of my lack of knowledge & simplified the process! I feel confident and comfortable that Web.com will assist me in my professional business goals!

The agent that I worked with was Felicia M. She was extremely polite, helpful, understanding, congenial and informative. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease explaining what I wanted' She could not have made our interview any better. This people scam me of my money. I contacted there customer support. And I told them I registered here by mistake. They should terminate my account immediately. I did all I was asked to do. And yet every month. They remove $34.99 from Visa card. I have tired to contact them but no response. Please stay away from this people.
This is a horrible business. They make crazy charges to your account! I think they even charged me for closing my account and i'm not completely sure that they won't charge me in the future for some unknown reason.
They will refund your money if you call them and tell them you didn't agree to their "website starter kit".
Companies like logoyes.com bet on people not checking their bank accounts or not disputing their charges. They hire actuaries who've learned in college how to figure odds; they figure the odds for various companies, insurance companies, hospitals, etc. of the percentage of careless, clueless people who won't really care enough. Most people don't like confrontation; that's what companies like Logoyes.com and actuaries gamble on.
You make it hard for people to gain access to their website. And your a little bit pricey. Also i paid for the yeardomain and your charging me too early for it.
Honestly the service was so good it caught me off guard I thought it might have been fraud because you rarely find such good companies like that any more. But it was very so real so happy to have them working on my non profits website
Be aware site is taking money away. Just got billed 9.99 for nothing. I created a logo a year ago, which I fully paid, not I got a subscription charge of $9.99... This is ridiculous they never disclosed this upfront when I signed. Be Aware... there are many users around the world with same issue.
I called in after I received a threatening email because my credit card was not processed for the monthly payment. I check my account and could see the accurate default card was reflected. There are two other cards reflected as well, but neither is good anymore. The system wont allow me to remove them and the agent could not do so either. The agent processed the payment on the proper card and all went through. They could not explain why their system failed to do this properly and automatically as usual. I asked several times and he could never seem to understand my concerns.

We signed up for what they called the "ignite marketing" package. The package includes marketing of your web site on google places and the creation of a Facebook page or the marketing or your existing FB pages. Results? Almost 300$ thrown in the garbage. The web site could not be found online and among the 300 likes we got on FB (with a page largely designed by us) were all not interested to our business, they just "liked" the page for no apparent reasons. Don't use this "services" it's just wasting money.
I feel so lucky to have received such attentiveness from Julie. I just signed on with web.com and spent an hour with her gathering the info she needed in order to help my business. She was incredibly insightful and genuinely interested in what I offer, who my audience is, and validating about the content already on my website and FB page. Clearly, she knows what she is doing and I sense that my business will benefit as a result. Thank you!
I used their company for 2 months they talked about getting me 5 leads a week I had a total of 5 for the month.
They could not get my location correct and wanted me to do work in my area that was across the water and not in my area of business.
It was incredibly expensive with no return on my expense.
I paid another company to do the same thing and they were successful. Web.com took my money without doing their job
The person who did the interview, DeAnne, listened to me, and made notes, so she could repeat my needs back to me. This gives me confidence that the information used to word this website will reflect what I need. This kind of service makes a great opportunity for good business to build. I am excited to see the end result.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
