Great customer service, but i haven't really had the time to dive into it. With business being slow due to the holidays I plan to start exploring the features and seeing how it is overall as a web builder.
My experience so far has not been terrible.i have struggled a little but not like in the past with other websites.i am happy i went with web.com
I cannot get access to the website builder 95% of the time to work on my website. I HATE Web.com - this has not been resolved and I WILL NOT continue using your very lousy service if this continues.
There is not a way to turn off the auto renew or mark the domain to be deleted. I seriously had to chat, go through a whole sales pitch before they did it. Something that should have taken me 30 seconds with a toggle switch took me 20 minutes screwing around. Horrible user interface.
This is the easiest site i work on. I am not a pro trying to do my best

All the email accounts hosted by web.com were inaccessible over the weekend. It was reported Friday and we had to wait until Monday evening to get web.com engineering to work on it. This is a nightmare.

There is absolutely no documentation for your email management tool. The customer service has absolutely no clue, in guiding the customers.
Several little hiccups with website thus far; website migrated via myTime support. Worked well for a bit and now is not functional.

It is incredibly exhausting to get to the settings of the domain. If i want to change the DNS entries, i need to do at least 5 klicks and the checkbox "Do you want to save this decision" does not save this decision...
I can't turn Auto Renew off. Your partner, Domain.com, makes it hard to redirect or point my domain. It's been a pain in the, I'm done.
I have had already 5 issues in 6-8 months, since they moved from domain.com to web.com. First with their transformation/migration and now they not only charged you the domain renewal 20 days before it expires! But they also gave someone else a code to transfer one of my domains. No security at all, the support is so bad, they tell you different things depending on who you talk to, they make up things, it's the worst experience I have had in my life with tech services. DO NOT PUT YOUR DOMAIN IN WEB.COM

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
