I have had an SSL issue since apparently they switched from MyDomain to Web.com. My website has been unable to be reached due to this SSL issue. I have done everything that was asked to be completed. Certificate was reissued after several tries, but it will not upload to the site. I keep getting an email every 24-48 hours stating they are still working on it, but they do not have a resolution. This is completely unacceptable.
web.com has started triggering renewals for names that were not set to expire for months. I think you noticed that I began moving some names and started to ding me on other non-expired names so you could overcharge me before I ditch completely.
Keeps me in track. Excited to see what I can do with this online domain. Makes me feel like I have ownership in something today which is quite to difficult to accomplish

Need to support 2fa apps, login process is crap, had to use an incognito window to login after working with a support rep. Support rep supposedly disabled 2fa but that still sent via email when using the incognito window
Ive neem having a lot of problems with this web platform. From features not working to customer service being incompetent and awful. I have not been having a good experience.
Poor service/support. Wasted my valuable time. Dotster stopped telephone support and after the web.com acquisition, i was never notified that telephone support was available. Also, email servers were frequently blocked by google and Microsoft.
The web.com user interface is difficiult to use when compared to the lassic doster.com GUI. Also, why is web.com so full of marketing messages and attempts to upsell me? I just want to do my work -- not fight off ads.
Support from chat is good but overall customer support is awful. I opened service ticket [ACR-*******] to update my domain registrant email associated with "kovacevic.name" domain as I lost access to 20 years old one. I received email today to reset my main password with the link. Plus this link below does not exists and this is exactly I am trying to do:

Can not access my email account! This won't happened at the old version which we used for over 13 years! But this new web is suck and even contacted IT department of the web still didn't solve the problem!
Support is really poor... open a ticket 2 weeks ago... told is was fixed and closed ticket... try to respond and heard nothing.

The recent change to your email system is making quite any and all accounts with you. Also it's noiit possible to confirm your email address under which lead to my main domain being locked out!
I am an ex-mydomain.com customer. I have had no end of problems trying to log into web.com. I get emailed a verification code that usually gas expired by the time I receive it. If I login using my recovery key the screen just spins forever. Not a happy user.
The new set up is not understandable. What I could do before has been replaced by paying items: creating email addresses while I already have a hosting plan! Therefore, I am searching for a new host to migrate before renewing your services!
Log in is a cumbersome and time consuming with having to get an authorization code, website does not work with mobile devices, trasferring my domain to your platform has been taking an exeedingly long time, not all web browsers work with the mail platform.
Since Web.com became involved with Dotster.com many aspects of handling our account have gone wrong and it takes a number of attempts and many hours to resolve issues.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
