I had called Simple.biz twice and went online asking for someone to get in touch with me regarding my website. It really needs updating and SEO help. No one ever got in touch with me. So I called again today and finally got put in touch with Adrian. He was helpful and we discussed some things that need to be done.
I hope that Adrian will take care of this for me. I'm giving him a good review today but it could possibly move to excellent review after we do some things to help my website.
I will state that I am not happy that no one ever got back in touch with me!
They continue to call me on my personal line and hang up when I asked to be removed from their list. I block the number and a new one calls the next day.
Great company to work with; we have been working with them for a year now. We like their integrity. Their fee to maintain the website is what they advertise; no extra charges or hidden fees.
