Total scammers, never did any work, sent me bogus emails, they will never give out an address. Because they are total liars and pretend to be different people on the phone.
Working with Simple Biz on the initial design of the website was great and the team was communicative. Now, after the website being live for 7 months, we need to make some updates. We've been dealing with 3 different people and none of them reply to emails in a timely manner (days to get replies), nor do they check their work after they make the updates. They added duplicate headers, the links from the headers go to the incorrect page, the social media icons are hidden behind the phone number, etc. I've requested calls to clarify and they just don't respond.
We provided a full website design. We simply asked them to create it exactly as the we designed it. Should be a slam dunk, but has not turned out that way. They added pages we didn't want and left out pages we asked for. We have to ask numerous times for changes and they take several days or sometimes more than a week regardless of how small the change may be. There are definitely communication issues between what we are asking for and whomever is actually doing the coding. On a positive note, we like the back end of the site. It's easy to use, but somewhat limited unfortunately. Our point of contact is friendly, he just has a hard time delivering exactly what we ask for and is slow to respond. My guess is that he is juggling too many customers and has a hard time keeping everyone straight.
Great feedback. Our goal is to turn edits around in less that 1 business day (on average), and over the holidays, we were well above that. We apologize for the frustration we caused you. We are back to full staff now with vacations over, and we're back under 1 business day handing edits. We'll learn from this mistake and keep more staffing over holidays in the future.
They are Making it Right
I hired a freelancer from UPWORK to update my 22-year-old floating dog ramp website. The developer ended up deleting a file in the file manager and my site was gone, reviews and all.
After trying to find someone to either fix it or create a new site, I got a call from Simple.Biz I listen to the sales pitch and told the person I was desperate, and I needed my website up and running
They told me 9 days for a website. It is going on 5 months. They had a site mostly done in 2 weeks, and for the most part it looked great, however I was quite vocal about what I did not like. I would send them mockups of the header and the footer and complained about the resolution of pictures they were using. For a long time, there were no changes made to the site. Jeff the project manager is polite, and sounds like a young guy. I would have appreciated if he just talked straight, I would ask him specific questions, and he always managed to evade answering them.
I got fed up and posted a negative review. A person named Dillon called and said he was going to be in charge of my account
Since Dillon stepped in, I have seen a lot of movement and improvements. I can tell they have in good faith tried to make me happy.
My site is almost ready to go live, and I am feeling hopeful that customers will find our products. I think Simple Biz has a good concept, however their implementation needs improvement. They should have given me a questionnaire asked a few questions about my business goals, or what the keywords I want to capitalize on. I'm honestly rooting for them and want them to win. I have given them 2 more days to get any bugs out of my site. Once am satisfied, I have three more sites that I need done. Even thought I posted a scathing review. The company has creative and technical talent, and they are trying, and that is what I need to see more than anything. I will keep updating this review!

Bry started and then took vaca then got sick?No one checked in and gave any communication. He left me hanging! Then when I called Bry wanted me to do all the work I thought I was paying him to do.
I dont feel he listens well. Info given,was not put on the site that way. He kept asking me what wording to use in what area and how to word it.
In my frustration...becase of waiting on him, I gave him the info to change, but he couldn't figure out the wording...its just simple words to exchange? He couldn't do it,it felt like some one else did the site not him? I asked for a new manager and they wouldn't give me one. Its Been a week, and the rush Bry said he would put. I've still yet to hear from him? Really not feeling he does a good job. He wanted me to remind him to call me? So, I made a time for him to call me and in defiance he jumped on a call with someone else at that time? So, I called him 30 minutes after he was suppose to call me. I don't understand a young generation that dont want to be told, but cant do anything on their on need their hands held type of generation that deliberately doesnt do your stuff to say they are in charge. I dont think he deserves a paycheck on my website. I pay for a good product,that benefits my business, not the time he wasted on my site and he is wasting my time. I just hope he finishes?

Answer: He sometimes has picked up on the 888 207-7023 number. Yet it has been months since I spoke to him and it was only once for a short few minutes. He said he would have someone get back with me to discuss the issue.
