Outstanding Service!

This review is about the customer service provided to me by KF. He was professional, thorough, courteous and kind. My sessions with KF spanned two days due to my schedule, and the second day was dotted with a series of dropped phone calls that were the result of passing through "no service" areas while on Amtrak. KF politely called me back after each disconnection. He never exhibited even a bit of frustration. He asked the right questions and gathered information to build my website. If the rest of the team is like KF, I know that my company's website will surpass my expectations.

Genuine Desire to Help

In this day in time when it seems everyone has a chip on their shoulder these people have such a genuine desire to help you create your best product. They are knowledgeale and just down right friendly. I can't wait to see their creation for my website but I truly appreciate their gentle and knowledgeable direction.

Bryce and Robin were both terrific to work with and made me feel like they really cared about my site personally. Bryce helped be to choose a product that fit my business and Robin set about gathering information about my existing website with another company so it could be refined with Web.com at a less expensive price.

I am owed £200. All requests for a refund, which I am legally owed have been dismissed over the phone and in emails. You have not delivered the product I paid for. You wasted my time for 5 weeks during which I called and left countless messages, had frustrating conversations and sent email endless updates which have all been ignored.
I want to be clear, this is THEFT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are bizarrely incompetent and I have had the most horrific experience. It's been 5 weeks and I still don't have a website. The first draft they produced was poor and it took them ages to produce it and when I tried to get the modifications done - well it's been 3 weeks and I still have nothing. They asked me to fill out a modification form, which I did and then I found out a week and a half later, they didn't get it. The launch of my business relies heavily on the website so I was very concerned. The business development person who signed me on put me through to a customer service person who ignored most of my emails. Was condescending, kept sending me a link to the same registration form that did not work. Told me she sent my modifications directly to the web team (and didn't), wouldn't agree to rush the changes through to make up for how severely my business has now been compromised. It's now been 5 days and I still have nothing. I asked to work with someone else, who again ignored my changes. I sent her lots of emails this Tuesday and Wednesday, when I called her Wednesday afternoon, she was confused and said that she did not pass my changes on because I hadn't filled out the modification form, even though they were the ones who told me to send them all the changes. She was also confused about the instructions. She was not reading the emails I sent and I had the same experience with the 3rd girl who was a customer service rep but was the one who took over yesterday. With all 3 reps, I copied and pasted all the changes in one email. Re forwarded everything to all 3 reps and included the business development person in the email. None of them made the changes, read the emails, bothered to get back in touch. I have had to send 16 emails this week and been the one to call and chase them. They said that they reached out to me and they didn't. When I finally got the 3rd customer rep on the line yesterday, she made a big deal about working on the website herself (I paid and the agreement was to have a professional web designer design the site for £450) she made it seem like she was doing me a favor. Had not read any of my emails, I kept walking out of meetings to explain everything to her. When I brought up the big, specific changes, she was confused. She hadn't been listening on top of reading emails. She made a point to send the link she had been so laboriously working on for the past 2 hours. She had replaced one picture on the homepage (the wrong picture) and that was it. I cannot explain what a nightmare this has been. I have been so stressed and had to deal with such morbid incompetency. This is not a professional company and I don't understand, give the gravity of my situation, how anyone could have had a good experience with them. Don't put yourself through what I had to go through. Stay away.

This is my third web site I am building with web.com in 2 months, having built web site with at least 3 other companies over the years. Everyone you talk to speaks good English, understand the questions and issues. Kayla was no exception. She did a great job interviewing me and we had fun doing it. She had great insight as to what we had to offer, and if she was following a script, it didn't sound like it. Loved working with her and recommend her highly to others. If there were 6 stars I would give them all. Ed

Stay away from this Web.com... nice workers, but service is such a scam... they set up services that can not be cancelled. I'm being charged over $300.00 a month and was told the only way to get out was to pay the remaining months upfront... needless to say I do not have that kind of money... if only I knew before hand and now I am stuck for 5 more months! Money thrown away.

I must say that Erin had a great deal of patience. She went above and beyond in helping me understand everything from a to Z without leaving any thing out. Being as though I facilitate a nonprofit I know about customer service and I know how youre supposed to treat people. Hands-down this has been the best experience that I have had with any company I would have to say in years

I am not website sauvy. I just knew my old website was being held hostage by another host wanting to charge me 300.00 per hour to fix it. Web.com customer service reps walked me through the process, explained everything to me and set me up with a new plan for a functioning website built for the platforms on the web today. Excellent Service!

Their customer service is excellent! Thus far we have not had any issues so far. We were told that our call volume would increase between 52-74 win on one month, well we exceeded and received 83 calls total with in one month. Kim, Sherry, Walter and other Web.com representatives have been very attentive and have answered all questions we have had. Lead Stream is very user friendly and one thing I really like about it is that any missed opportunity we have, we can call them right back. We receive an email as soon as a call is made as well as it always being available on Lead stream. So far all that was promised for our company has been true. Our website has improved tremendously focusing on services we offer, it took most of my marketing work away. Thank you all at web.com you guys are lifesavers.
