Broke down and paid for weather tech. Crap edges rolls up and have to buy a special cleaner to make them look decent. They are a rip off! You pressure wash them they look terrible. Nothing will make them shine (I have tons of shine products) I not paying them MORE money for their product. Embarrassing to brag about them being made in USA. Yes my floors are dirty you clean them up the mats still look the same.
It's probably the third time I've ordered mats, mud guards, hood deflectors, and bumper steps.
Today, I received an XL bumper step, opened the box, and found no wrench for the security bolt.
I called customer service and was told it was an extra $12.00 for the wrench (key) and probably shipping.
I considered returning, but I have to pay the return shipping cost. So, from now on, I'll never purchase from Weathertech again.
Probably check out Husky, maybe they'll and color to their mats etc.
Ordered floor mats for my Toyota sienna van and when we got them they didn't fit right call to see what was wrong and they said we needed a different one, but we just wanted to get a refund then they became rude and not so nice. Don't purchase from them i went straight to Toyota and got better ones at a cheaper price and that fit perfect.
Ordered one for my Toyota Sienna. Paid a premium price but what I received was of such poor quality that it is, frankly, an eyesore. I would have been better off buying a roll of plastic at home depot. Fooled me this time but, I will remember and never buy from them again.
So much for buying "American Made" products... Weathertech charges a lot of money for shipping and it still takes 10+ days to arrive at your doorstep. They really need to study their competition, in particular Amazon who sells very similar quality products, less than half the cost, with 2 day shipping.
Without doubt, the most appalling customer service you will ever experience. Having, placed an order in July (it's now mid-Sep), and one e-mail to say my order was delayed, I have heard nothing from this company since. Called their laughably titled customer service line forty-seven times since the beginning of Sep and never once has a call be answered; they just keep you hanging on, then cut you off. And don't even bother sending an email as they don't answer messages either. The really frustrating part is that you can't even contact them to cancel the order. PLEASE do not be fooled by the relentless TV adverts; this company simply cannot deliver in a timely manner and nor do they seem to care about the customer once they have your payment details.
Bought Feb 2020 and after 2 years, driver side surface area is deteriorating. Car usage is minimal cause me and my wife started working at home on April 2020. We alternate the use of our 3 cars on weekends for grocery. I expected the mat to be tougher, obviously it is not. I do NOT recommend this product.

Re. Windshield mount cell phone holder
Frequently falls off when driving over a speed bump, pothole or other jarring surface. Weathertech does not mention they will not refund shipping costs until you want to return an item. Item cost $39.95 shipping cost $36.00. Shipping costs are exorbitant while most offer free shipping. I'm sorry I ever did business with Weathertech.
About to place an order for weather tech liners for a 2018 suburban almost $300 bucks out the door with taxes... all good until they expect me to pay for shipping $18 on top of this cost, i'm not going to add to the cost of their product which is industry most expensive. The other guys cover this cost and receive my business going forward. Thanks for listening. Steve
Ps. I own them in other vehicles, guess the sub will have the competitors
I had my vehicle equipped with the Weathertech floor liners, and shortly after began noticing the edges were curling up,badly. Not only is that very unsightly,it's a serious tripping hazard for anyone entering or exiting the vehicle.
I also purchased a set of their side window visors. They were a real pain in the $#*! to install. The driver's side visor always rubbed to some extent when rolling the window up. The other day I noticed a large crack in my driver's side window. I have no doubt this was caused by the poorly fitting visors. It will now cost me almost $600 to get the window replaced.
No more Weathertech products for me.
My grandson gave me as a gift a cup phone holder about 10 months ago. Last week, it just snapped in two pieces. Called customer service and they asked for receipts, etc. My grandson didn't keep one. So, they said basically, you're stuck. Very poor response for a low priced item. If it was a more expensive item, I could understand.
After owning a full set of weathertech mats I must say that as time goes on they really suck. They don't hold their shape. They curl and become a safety hazard. I have had to totally remove the back seat covers because my passages would trip over them because they curled. I'm now going to have to remove the driver mat because near the accelerator it's curling and becoming a driving hazard. Weathertech I hope you're listening. You need to make changes to your design flaws. Perhaps you can make things right with me and I can change this review.

The received items I returned over a week ago as they do not fit as described. They tell me the warehouse is too busy to process yet despite being able to ship out product same day. Now they changed story and say will be 7-10 business days after they process return. Worst service I have ever experienced.
The mats don't cover enough carpet, rise only half way up the dead pedal, and don't rise at all behind or beside the actual pedals - where your boots will rub again the carpet most.
Only rise halfway up the passenger footwell. In the back the one piece mats have some dumb upswept edges that, again, leave a lot of carpet exposed.
Customer service is appalling. No reply, or weeks for reply, noone picks up the phones, and email replies are like talking to a robot.

I DO NOT recommend weathertech.
When I purchased my new vehicle in January the salesman recommended that I purchase the WeatherTech mats, rather than pay $$$ for their brand name mats. When I got them (and they were not cheap by the way) I was disappointed with the fit. On the outer edge of the mats they do not sit flush with the rocker panel. That means that when I get in and out of the car I am often knocking debris; salt, sand, etc., under the mat. When it came time to give the mats a proper Spring cleaning, despite repeatedly scrubbing with detergent and hot water, I could not get them clean. There was always dirt marks left behind. I reluctantly purchased the WeatherTech cleaning products. Again, not cheap, And when I used them it made no difference, I still had that dirty looking residue on the mats. The attached photo is what I am left with after washing the mat TWICE now with a scrub brush and the WeatherTech cleaner.
I would not recommend.
Ordered my liners and cargo liner. Received duplicate orders which were returned and are in credit status. Good product. I placed them into my Ford Escape and they fit perfectly and with the winter now upon us they are doing a great job keeping the floor under them dry.
Definitely worth the money over regular cheap floor mats. Will consider purchasing future items for my vehicle and as gifts for friends and family.
I got the wind deflectors for front and back windows of my vehicle. Front ones are great and they look nice, but the back ones keep drooping out of the window channel on the back ends. I've contacted weathertech by email a few times, first email they didn't respond to at all. A couple months later I sent them another email and they responded to that three weeks or so later and offered to send some two sided tape, but never really answered the question about what to do to keep them from drooping out of the window channel again. Anyway, I got the 2 sided tape today and it is so narrow and such a small amount it will barely be useful. For a company that sells 50 cent pieces of plastic for 150 bucks, I really think they should be able to afford competent customer service staff that can provide effective solutions without losing their shirts. Many Bean counters apparently on the loose in this company.
Look great when newly installed but trap mud and dirt like crazy. Cleaning them after soiled for only a couple months was a task I never want to do again. I power washed them and scrubbed them with a good brush and as soon as they dried they looked horrible. Then you have to buy this black product to basically color the remaining dirt left over. A messy job to say the least. I would not recommend this product. I don't mind paying the price but the floor mats are crap!
I tried calling to see why mats that I ordered three days ago have not yet shipped. I was 129 on the queue to speak with an agent. Either there are MANY people unhappy and needing Customer Service help or they are just not staffing enough people. Either way, not very impressive. I'm going to cancel my order.
I placed an order online last week and they've already charged my card. FedEx has already delayed the delivery. And today I find out that they could not deliver it because it was the wrong address that WeatherTech put on the shipping label. Fed ex refuses to talk to me. WeatherTech saying that they may be able to help me. Bottom line is that weather tech does not know where the item is. I keep hearing from different employees that nobody knows what really is going on or is happening. They're hoping they can bring resolution. I have already told them if they cannot resolve this, I will charge this item back. And I will not do business with him again. I don't understand how employees could continue to say they don't know why this is happening or what is actually going on or where my item is. And Fed ex refuses to talk to me because the shipper, weather tech, put on the wrong address. So I have been charged over $200 and I have no items that no one knows where it's at.
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
