The products are great. The website and customer service, however, are terrible. Tried 3 weeks to order mats. They cancelled the first orderl Ordered again. They cancelled that one. 3 times. Finally ordered by phone. The order never appeared on my account on their website. Only the old "cancelled" orders. I complained about that, they said they'd look into it. Now 3 weeks later the mats arrived. But they sent TWO orders. Good grief. No wonder there are no reviews anywhere, on their site, on FaceBook, nowhere.
I just bought a brand new tacoma and installed weathertech visors. The rears are fine but the fronts fit so tight that they damaged my window trim. I tried to trim it but no luck. I ended up chucking them and am left with damaged window trim. This is specifically for a 2021 tacoma so I can't speak for other vehicles but for anyone with a tacoma, DO NOT BUY THESE. You will damage your window trim
Called to confirm date of delivery and "John" advised the date is an "estimate" not the actual date of delivery. Regardless that everything I received had a specific date of delivery, John's attitude was sub standard and pathetic to say the least. He was rude and condescending and didn't bother to help in any way. I requested to cancel the order and he refused to help, stating sorry... it's already been shipped and basically said you'll get it when you get it. Well, needless to say, it's about principle and product will be returned. I'd rather spend more money somewhere else than to give a nickle to this company.
Your product Quality Is very disappointing! Mats do not wash clean, and vent shades fall out Customer service sent many Vent shades replacements but they all fell out. Not likely to recommend or purchase again. Prices go up and quality goes down
Even though the right car was selected, the liners sent did not fit my car. I bought the liners in US, and took them overseas. Weathertech made it impossible to replace the liners for the right ones. Customer service said they were going to send specs of the "right" liners they were supposed to send. Till now, I haven't received any info. I offered to buy the one liner that needed replacement for the right size, and they said they only ship pairs! Even to fix their mistake the customer has to pay extra. I'm afraid to buy products from them again, since they don't stand behind the quality of their products. Horrific customer service.
I purchased the $209.00 floor mats for a 2019 Dodge Ram was surprised at the poor quality seem to be more like plastic do not lay to the couture of the floor they curl up by the doors where they need to lay flat so people don't hit them when they get in and out the doors catch them. And curl them up more probably will wear a long time if I don't throw them away. Why not make them out of a flexible material I have a cheaper set made by another manufacture in a different pickup way better they lay down to the contour of the floor thought these more expensive Weather Tech would be better was I wrong look at some before you buy South Dakota. Rancher
Started out on hold in a line of 250 people. Twenty-two minutes later I am 130 in line. I made my order 6 days ago and still has not shipped. Doesn't look like my daughter will have her mats for her new truck for Christmas. I am just trying to get an order status! I guess I should have paid for premium shipping.
I have the dark black/grey color and when they became dirty from mud and also from winter salt and snow they were not easy to clean. As a matter of fact they looked faded and dirty after a lengthy time trying to clean them. I wish I had just ordered a new set of factory mats that fit my style and model car. Sorry but they are a big fail in my book, and wasted money!
I ordered both the front and rear liners for our truck. When the package arrived, it only had the front liners in the box. We made sure to triple check the rear liners were not in there. When I contacted Weather Tech about this, they said the record shows both liners shipped together and would not send the rear liners I paid for. Now I am out $75 plus tax for a product I never received but paid for. What a horrible company! I would never buy from this trash company again if they won't even make their mistake right. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.
These are absolute crap. After a year the would not keep their shape and would not come clean. Company told me to use their cleaning products and to turn them inside out for 24 hours. Thee days later they lost their shape again. Waste of money.
The Mats I purchased for my Audi have no covers or caps. Customer Service told me to remove my old Mats but I just want to lay these over the original ones. I will need to fill the holes with clear caulk to prevent snow and water from getting on the carpet underneath their mat.
These mats are garbage, especially for the how much they cost. These stupid things came bent day one and just kept getting worse, I was told that they would take shape after a few days as they came folded in shipping. Nope they just kept getting worse and when I tried to use the warranty for them, I was told that they have been stepped on and that they wont be covered under warranty. Such a garbage product from a garbage company!
Got an email after a purchase asking for my comments on the product. Clicked on "Write a Review" on the email. Took me to the website... but there is no place to click on to write a review. Clicked on "Reviews", but there were none. Conclusion: they do not want to know what the customer thinks, good or bad. This is a deal breaker for me.
Have weather tech floor mats on all three of my vehicles. We live in Phoenix, AZ and the mats have curled up and have holes in them we have had them for a year. Not worth the money.!
Bought two front only digital liners. Fits fine and snaps into place. Problem is... on the majority of 2 door cars, when you slide the seat forward all the way, the seat slider will smash against the floor liner and bend it. If you live in a cold climate area, the liners become very stiff and then the seat sliders will bent the floor liners and crack it.
We have seats that automatically slide forward when the back is released and tilted. Cracked both sides.
Contacted WeatherTech and was told... nothing they can do and remove the liners beforehand. WeatherTech rep sure got creative with words and deflected.
Car wash company we go to says... common occurrence when sliding seats forward and they do crack.
For what these digital liners cost... WeatherTech rep should not get creative with words and reasons and just replace the liner. We will remove the liners now that we know the defect... and will post on all reviews this issue.
I sent them pictures of the front passenger side floor covering. I is all bowed out and fits terrible. They sent me information on what to do. Take it in and let it warm up. We did that and it still is AWFUL. Don't believe them when they say it fits correctly. THEY LIE. Don't waste your money like we did. I took a picture of it but can't find it on the computer right now. I will later... Bad deal...
The floor mats fit perfectly when they arrived. However, with use, the driver floor mat has curled up like a dried leaf and moves all over the floor, interfering with the gas pedal. The mat has become a safety hazard so I had to scrap it and buy a replacement mat. Contacted Weather Tech but they were most unhelpful. Asked me to prove I bought it; they would not check their own records - I had bought the mats directly from Whether Tech,
I purchased floor mates and after a year it was faded and never could get the dirt to com off. I then tried bleach and water but still stayed dirty. I would not recommend this unless you never put dirt on your boots. Have a great commercial but the product is not very good.
Due to the recipients being out of town when the Weathertech Items could be delivered, I was choosing instead to purchase them gift cards. I was told that they had to UPS the cards at the expense of 8.00 per address...It looks like I'll have to order the Chinese Mats on Amazon for half the cost with free shipping. 16.00 for mailing two gift cards? Ridiculous...former Weathertech customer
The rain guards look great and the instructions was fairly easy. I would recommend if yours comes with the little clips with tape. You should put some super glue on the clips and then put the tape on. This will make your installing easier and weathertech doesn't clarify that the little black clips go in on the outside of the window track not in between the windows and seal. I have ran this up and down the interstate at 85 mph with the windows down and ran my car throw an automated car wash without a problem of them coming or flying off! They will stay on your car if installed correctly and give your car some style while giving you some fresh air going down the freeway in the pouring down rain.
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
