I placed an order online last week and they've already charged my card. FedEx has already delayed the delivery. And today I find out that they could not deliver it because it was the wrong address that WeatherTech put on the shipping label. Fed ex refuses to talk to me. WeatherTech saying that they may be able to help me. Bottom line is that weather tech does not know where the item is. I keep hearing from different employees that nobody knows what really is going on or is happening. They're hoping they can bring resolution. I have already told them if they cannot resolve this, I will charge this item back. And I will not do business with him again. I don't understand how employees could continue to say they don't know why this is happening or what is actually going on or where my item is. And Fed ex refuses to talk to me because the shipper, weather tech, put on the wrong address. So I have been charged over $200 and I have no items that no one knows where it's at.
Your floor mats cost me $261 and what I wanted to return them they charge me shipping. It cost me a total of $95 to return using UPS. Needless to say, I lost $95 doing business with WeatherTech. That'll be the last time I ever deal with this company. Of course they don't tell you up front that you have to pay for shipping on returns. If they had I would have never done business with them. They were polite enough and I'm sure nice people, however I am totally dissatisfied with their return policy and it makes me sad that it cost me almost $100 just to try to buy their floor mat. They get an F in my book.
Save your money and do not for any reason buy this poor quality product. The product will never look like it does when it is new because there is no way to clean it. I have tried stiff nylon brushes and still can't get the floor mats clean and because of this I have purchased cheaper mat that clean up and protect my vehicles carpet. The weather tech floor mats are pure junk and only good to burn for the plastic. The customer service blows you off and won't stand behind their product. Once again save your money and go somewhere else!
Sounds great and looks great on TV. I placed an order 12 days ago, has not gone past processing status. I sent a request for update and got NO reply. I did get a survey to rate my experience. Experience with what? Send them money? That went very easy. Getting them to actually process and ship what I paid for seems to be a different story. These places wonder why Amazon is killing them!
We ordered WeatherTech products that were delivered to the wrong place (1 mile away). After discovering the error with a WeatherTech representative, his response was "too bad... looks like your error" and then was silent. Recognizing the individual represents the culture of a company that really does not care, I said "thank you and goodbye." Do not buy from this company. Their product can be replicated. They are not trustworthy. They do not care about their customers. All they care about is the bottom line.
I bought a full set of mats for my wife's car. Front passenger side is now warped & twisted & will mot lay flat. I am disabled & my wife drives most of the time. When get my foot hirs the part sticks up making it difficult for me to get in. Contacted WeatherTech but they say that is not covered under warranty. I will never but another product from this place because their warranty that is paid for when you buy their product is no good.
I purchased Weathertech window guards for my 2020 f150. It's a terrible design. They were easy to install but they are too long and gouged the rubber trim where it meets the metal piece they give you to set it on which also looks terrible. Now there is a cut in the rubber trim. I modified them so they will fit but not sure if they will stay in place. I should have gone with the other company that makes these. Not happy at all Weathertech. I was a fan but not anymore.
I made a mistake and ordered the weather tech bed liner for my new Ford Ranger. Liner is way to thin to be much protection. Tail gate panel warps and has waves at the top the gate. Think real hard before giving them $250 or so.
Approximately 2 years and 9 months ago I called to order side window rain shields for my 2018 Chevy Equinox. I kept waiting and waiting, a number of phone calls with bottom line of still in development, 2 years 9 months later. First answer was mirror on top model when moved in hit the shield. Not on the regular Equinox. Then they redesigned it and said it was too flimsy. They said they send specs over to Germany to get models made where the product is actually produced. Called today and standard answer is still in development! Unbelievable!

The dirt. They are very hard to get clean. Loose dirt vacuums up ok but the ground in dirt is truly difficult. The fit was absolutely not good for my car as the sides did not cover like they should. For what they cost it was a "Would not recommend to a friend". Shipping charge was much too high. I am the only one in my car so it is not heavily used by children or dogs.
I choose to order these mats because they say they are laser measured and a perfect fit. Awful quality and no where near what I could buy from gm for the same price. No help w return shipping which is $50. So now I'm stuck w mats I don't like or lose $70 for shipping.
So I order trunk liner for husband as anniversary present, and pay $45 for 3 day express delivery. Package arrives with wrong liner(they made mistake)return and now they have sent it but not express like I payed for, and no refund for my express payment. I ordered on April 25 and it's May 7 still no trunk liner.
I purchased a bed liner for my 2022 GMC truck. It did not fit. Called customer service and did not get a satisfied answer why they are selling a bed liner for this truck that does not totally fit. I started the return process and I asked for the $25 shipping fee to be refunded, but they refused. I would not have bought this product if I had known that it did not fit my truck. Wife had to have Weathertech. Ordered a front set for our BMW convertible. Gap on the left side was over 2"; mounting method was put holes in the floor. Asked and got a return label. Credit minus shipping. Hard to imagine company did not know product did not fit. I say hard to imagine because I had the same problem with my F-150.
Ordered floor mats for my husbands truck. Put all the information in online that it asked. When the floor mats came in they did not fit. Called Weather Tech spoke with a representative who asked me to email her and take photos of the floor mats in the vehicle showing they did not fit. I emailed the CSR the same day. That was on 09/29/21. As of today haven't gotten any response. I have emailed the CSR back asking for a full refund. Obviously this company doesn't care about customer service or they would have gotten back with me w/in a day or so and made my order right! DO NOT USE THEM!
This item seems to be very sturdy, and it's very deep, now as far as width goes, minus a half star, as far as price goes, absolutely overpriced, Come on weathertech, this thing is probably costing you about maybe 30 dollars to make, and it cost 149.95, I would have no problem with 80, maybe 90, but 149.95. Nah, not at all, well it's mine now and it is taking care of some of my backseat things, but not all of them.
Called customer service to return a gift, unopened in original packaging and they started grilling me about who bought it, when, from them directly etc. I told them person who purchased item had passed away. They looked up that info and stated to me since they were bought in the past, they could not be returned for credit. How ridiculous. They told me to resell them on line. Item is in stock now, same packaging, and they were quite rude. Be careful purchasing from them. A Company like this should have a better reputation when it comes to returns.
I ordered door covers for my 2020 E- class. They were supposedly made for this model. They do not remotely fit. When I inquired about this with Weathertech they said this was a 'stock product'.
The return process was extremely difficult. They offered to pay for shipping due to the product being completely wrong. They lost the returned item for a month and then did not refund the full amount. They had the nerve to deduct shipping after offering to pay. Make SURE the product is exactly what you want before ordering. I had always heard this was a great company with superior products. Big mistake!
Very disappointed in size of dishes. If you are thinking about one size buy TWO size larger or you will be extremely disappointed when they arrive. Molding around dish should be larger my LITTLE dogs still leave food on the floor. Would not recommend this product at this time. The price is not justified for size.
Bought front, rear and cargo mats for my new car. The mats do not lay flat, they sort of roll on the sides and scoot around. Customer Service told me this is common over time, mine are 2 years old. They told me to take them out and place something heavy on top to straighten them.
Answer: Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Answer: I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
Answer: Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
