Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!
Though I had a lousy experience with being sold a defective product, both times I called customer service my wait time was very brief and the representatives courteous and professional.
Very impressed with wait time. Usually no more than 10 minutes
I got right through, no problem there, but I've heard others say they waited and waited then got disconnected
Horrible customer service waited but when you are in the 273 person in line, all this says not enough employees or bad products
Get answers from the WeatherTech staff and other customers.
