Haha! Placed on hold with 165 callers ahead of me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could try to call back tomorrow but they're really busy this time of year!

I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.

Any company is better. Mine are absolute junk. They are so cheap I'd be better off buying Walmart brand floor mats.
