We purchased mats for our town car about 3 years ago. The fit was an 8 out of 10. Within a short time the edges of the mats began to turn inward causing our shoes to catch on the edge of the mats while entering the car. After about 1 year the mats, began to fade and turned hard as a rock. Although they still protect our carpets the mats are very disappointing. They look like just faded stiff plastic. We would have been better off purchasing cheaper mats and just replacing them as the wore out.

I ordered mats, a good product, which the site allowed me to order for what I thought was OK for my car. There was no clear message that "these mats are not a fit for your car". I thought the year range was good enough - I put in 2013 and it said 2011 but it ended up being 2006, it was confusing to figure out if the mini was covered or not, there was no message... and a lot of things are available in a range. It wasn't a fit, and the mats were for the wrong model year after all. So I called to return them. Then I was informed WeatherTech does not cover return shipping! I got the cheapest rate from UPS and it was $47. Buyer beware. I ended up ordering the correct weather mats for my car on Amazon.

I purchased front and rear deflectors for my 2001 Murano. Clips sent for front window look nothing like ones pictured. They are much smaller and with much less offset. I was sent double sided tape but this did not keep deflectors in place. Have tried sending numerous emails to get this issue resolved. But since my email explaining my total frustration and unhappiness with product and instructions… I'm being ignored by WeatherTech… Obviously customer satisfaction means very little or nothing to this company. Secondly the instructions are so poorly printed and pictures that are supposed to be of help are just of such poor quality it's extremely difficult to follow. Finally the only thing that helped was to take a picture with my phone then expand the picture… very unhappy and for the cost, would expect better.

Awful Customer Service
December 27, 2019

Ordered an item and wanted overnight shipping for Christmas Gift. Gift shipped 4 days after Christmas. Tried to change shipping to Ground as the rates charged for overnight was outrageous. Couldn't reach by Phone, Email, etc. Not sure how you can run a modern day business in this manner. Out of principle, will be returning products.

Last week, I ordered car floor liners including pet barrier as the video says, "it can fits any vehicle". But it's too long on my Tesla Model Y! So yesterday, I called Burlington store with this regards, the lady told me that I should read on details of measurement... and the return policy is terrible(we either to pay return shipping fee or drop it off). Today, I just watched their online video again and it is clear says, " the item can fit any vehicle". The lady on phone was blamed me no reading their details! I spent approx $1K included front liners from them and experienced horrible service!

I purchased 2 of the auto windshield phone holders for 2 of our cars at Christmas. They were absolutely garbage. Both routinely fell from the mount and in one instance it was while driving and nearly caused my wife to have an accident.
I returned them after customer service said I hadn't installed them correctly (?) That was not true. The obvious reason was a poor design and inadequate size of the suction cup. Routine vibration and it popped loose.
I am still waiting on the money to be put back on my card. What a scam.

Expensive
March 22, 2022

Was disappointed, they make the floor mats more appealing on the commercial. They appear more shiny and have red decals on them which would have matched my red truck... they have neither. The back seat middle area is flimsy. Like I said they are expensive as is the shipping... Also unless you like the smell of strong rubber let them air out a few days.

Seat covers don't fit properly. I have better coverage with blanket. My dogs hair sticks to seat cover and it is really hard to vacuum it off and it barely comes off in the wash. I have stains on my seats under seat cover, so these seat covers offer no protection. Door cover blew out the windows when they were half way down. Don't waste your money!

Ordered the cup phone for my car. Item arrived with missing pieces. Box arrived untapped. Called and was told to send back at my own expense. I said no they need to send me a free return label. They agreed but never sent the label by snail mail. Call 10 days later and spoke to Matt who was a grade A a-hole. He was rude and condescending. He emailed me the return label arguing that it takes more than 10 days for mail to arrive which is a bold faced lie. I don't like the company and will NEVER patronize this company again. How they stay in business is a mystery.

I hate it when companies that lack integrity pump up "Made in the USA", then make crap products and poor return policies/customer service. Tailgate liner did not fit my F150 as claimed. I jumped through the hoops to email photos showing the lack of proper fit and have heard nothing back. I assume that because they always have a high call volume, I am not the only one with issues with their products. Husky Liner all the way from now on.

Weather tech Sink Mat
February 18, 2024

The weather tech sink mat (grey) turned my brand new luxury vinyl floor yellow - ruined the floor. Also impossible to keep clean. Had to wipe down 2x day. So not worth it - especially if you like your floor!

If you want to protect your front floor from snow and rain, don't buy for a 2021 Subaru Forrester. It doesn't fit the driver's side floor.

The dealer suggested I soak the pad in hot water to get it to fit the floor better.

The usually well fitted Weathertech deflector gets a failing grade. The deflector is fine, but the clips included simply would not work. There are four clips included. They fit ok but they were not strong enough or long enough to grab and hold securely.

2nd set of floor mats. 1st was as advertised. 2nd set, the rear mats sides just folded down flat. Customer service advised me to take out the mat, flatten it and re-install it. REALLY! Warranty didn't apply. So much for the "lifetime" warranty. And mine are only 5 months old. Junk. Buy any brand than this.

Cup Phone
March 31, 2021

I contacted weathertech customer service regarding a broken cup phone that we purchased before Christmas. The item didn't last long before it cracked in numerous spots. Unfortunately, i couldn't locate the receipt and customer service dismissed me quickly and extremely rude. Never doing business with this company again.

Did NOT meet expectations
September 18, 2021

Mats are good quality but fit is not. On my 2017 Nissan Sentra SR Turbo I needed to slip mats under interior plastic around its edges in the front of my car or else once installed the mats buckle around the edges. In the rear of my vehicle, the mat is all one piece and the hump in the middle is NOT flush with the carpet, instead it is raised which looks and feels wrong. I triple checked everything and the mats have been installed correctly and I ordered the specific ones for my vehicle. Cost was over $200 and I have buyers remorse. For those who believe that "laser cut" mats mean they fit like a glove, you will be disappointed for sure. Same problem with 2016 Honda HRV, I just wanted to see if the company improved since last time. Never again.

I have carpet damage from milk leaking on a mat at the connection sites. This is not carpet protection. If the connection had a rubber ring like set up the liquid would not have permeated into the carpet. Customer service was terrible. I can't return them. Totally not satisfied after 3 weeks of purchase date.

The technicians did a great job installing my hot water heater. They were polite, competent and respectful. My only complaint is that they were a little late so I had to leave for an appointment before they were done. They finished up and made sure the door was locked before they left though. Overall, they did great work! I would use this company again,

To keep the front floor mats in place, weathertech provides hooks that should fasten to the floor. The hooks have a bottom pin that goes into a slot that when you turn it a quarter of a turn it should lock in place. But this bottom pin is 1/8 inch too short so it doesn't go far enough down to catch. The ones that came with the car work fine. But with that little 1/8 inch difference you can't push it down enough to make it catch. So my driver side mat will slide. Not good. Dangerous even. They laser measure the mats but don't bother to measure the hook connectors. The front passenger mat and rear seat mats fit tightly. But the driver side mat is 1 inch short in length. It will slide. I guess I can try velcro or or put a small screw with washers thru the mat into the slot. Won't that look nice. For the price I paid, I thought they would fit. Nope.
