Do not order from this shady company. I purchased a bra and when I took it out of the box to try on, the tag that's held on by a flimsy string broke/slipped off. Without me doing anything at all. After trying on the bra and deciding to return it, I re-tied the tag and sent it back with my receipt and all the packaging. I was notified I don't qualify for a refund because the tag was not attached to the bra. They sent me a picture of the tag sitting next to the bra. Even after explaining I did not purposely remove the tag, it literally slipped off when I picked it up, they denied me a refund so now I'm out $60 and a bra. I have filed a dispute with my bank. There is no company I've ever heard of that has this sort of slimy policy. I also found many other reviews that have my same story. Believe the negative reviews, this company will do anything to keep your money. What a joke.

I bought 3 bras and none of them fit. I returned two with no issue because the tags were still on but I really wanted to like this brand so I decided to keep one and cut the tags off. As soon as I did and moved around a little I realized that it was not going to be tight enough to keep everything where it needed to be if you know what I mean. I reached out to the customer service team right away to let them know about my mistake and they didn't even apologize for their inability to make it right, they just said no. So disappointing. Do not waste your money, these bras are not worth what they're charging and do not necessarily fit all small chested women.

I bought 2 bras for my daughter for Christmas in November. When she tried them on at Christmas they were a little too small so I tried to exchange them. They said I was past the exchange/return policy by 2 days. They were going to exchange 1 of them "this one time", but since the other one was out of stock I was out of luck! Unbelievably bad business practice! I will never order from them again and will tell everyone about their terrible customer service!

I fell for their advertisement without checking reviews first. Big mistake. Now that I have returned the mis-sized bras, they are charging me for the return shipping. I am NOT getting a full refund. So much for "Free Returns." Can you imagine a company saying a 38 band size fits a 33-34 chest? Do not order from this company.

I bought 2 Pepper bras. The fit is ok, but they are very scratchy and itchy! I cannot wear them because they are so uncomfortable. Plus, it's too late to return them (they have a 30 day return, I just waited too long).
Anyway, I do not recommend them at all.

I returned one bra for credit so that I may do an exchange. After not hearing from the company for a week I went back and forth via email for almost 3 weeks as they claimed the product was "ineligible" for return as the tag had been removed and retied. This is 100% false. Their return policy is strict - must be unworn and tag still attached, so I made absolutely sure this was the case before I returned the product. They had the audacity to send me a picture of the tag and it really was tied! I did NOT do this. It is mind-blowing that a company would actually take these steps to keep a customer from getting an exchange - I did not want my money back, I wanted another product! It's unfortunate because their classic bra is great, so be aware of your purchase, I do not recommend returning the product under any circumstance.

I bought pepper and was super excited to have a bra that fit, no complaints until after a few washes the copper left green stains on my bra. I asked the company to exchange or get a refund and after weeks of chasing them down they finally responded and said that it was my fault. I "wasn't letting the bra dry properly", The bra needs to be air dried! How do you properly air dry!?! Will never by from them again until they fix this problem

I purchased a number of bras and found one that I thought would work. After wearing it all day, I found it extremely uncomfortable, I Couldn't wait to get it off. I used their sizing chart and recommendation as well to choose a size. I tried it another couple of times with the same result. I contacted customer service who asked for pictures and related their no return policy. I Asked if they'd be willing to make an exception and explained the situation. They asked for pictures and I showed them. They said it was bc of poor fitting and offered my a 10% discount on another purchase! What?!?! Why would I buy another bra? It was crazy.

They don't care about their customers. Only $. Beware!

Great fit but cheap material that starts wearing out within a month, and by about 3 months you'll be onto your tightest clip and the fit won't be like it was. Bras are EXPENSIVE, pricier than other brands so why not last longer? Because they know if you have a small chest you'll fall in love and then buy some every 3 months instead of once or twice a year. Sneaky sneaky.

Time and time again, I've had to endure embarrassing experiences at bra shops where attendants have struggled to figure out my size. I have never felt seen or heard by that area of the beauty/fashion industry and I've never had a bra that fit me properly. I found out about Wear Pepper, took the size quiz and bought a bra a size I had never seen in the shops before (34AA). I am so incredibly pleased to say I could not have gotten a better fit. I have never experienced a well-fitting bra before without excessive padding or gaping, and I can truly say how comfortable it feels.

I've never ordered from anywhere and got my package shipped out on the same day, regardless of what time I order at. Customer service is amazing, shipping is amazing, quality, comfort. I'm beyond pleased! Thanks so much!

This is the first bra that actually fits me! I bought five different styles and love them. I'm half Asian so maybe that's the deal. Bras made for white women never fit me right. Wish these bras existed 20 years ago but better late than never! Will be buying more. The pink bra is Victoria's Secret 36 A with gaps. The yellow bra is a 36 AA pepper and fits perfectly.

I wish this company would truly promote comfort and pro small great body positivity and lose the annoying and uncomfortable padding. It makes it look like I stuffed my bra. Also the cups are slightly larger than said. I've always fit perfectly into a B cup unless someone who should wear C or D at the store stretched it out (why I only order online now). I wanted a bra with NO padding that is underwire so it doesn't ride up. Their wireless bra still rides up. The underwire is padded and slightly larger. If they fix this issue, it would be great. I hope they do so more women can be proud to be small chested.

I've searched my while life for bras that fit and never found anything - until now! I am so happy with my purchase. They fit perfectly, so comfortable and so soft. Not too tight around my body and no cup gaps. I have never felt so confident and happy in a bra before. I was skeptical at first but am so glad I gave in! I will now buy all my bras here.

I purchased the set of bras to try out which said it came with a free bag (which I didn't need). Upon checkout it charged me for the laundry bag. I contacted customer service and asked if they could remove the charge. They told me that since it was my first time ordering and I used a coupon code that the free laundry bag could not be applied. I asked if they could just not send the laundry bag and not charge me for it but they would not do that. There was no fine print stating this…deceptive marketing.

The bras that I tried out did fit me ok but I was surprised at how expensive they are considering the thin material. I will continue to look for the perfect bra but it won't be from this company.

The website says "easy returns" but the fine print (that I didn't see until after I bought) means that I spent USD$71.43 for a bra that doesn't fit (I carefully followed the measurement instructions on the website), and if I return it, I'll get a credit of $39.51.

That means I'm out $31.92 for trying a bra. I'll never order from here again.

What in the world? The material is stiff and rough, the bra itself is a skimpy tiny little thing, the color rose pink looked like an old faded pink bra. And the amount I paid is definitely not worth it. Please don't buy this bra. All those 5 star reviews on the site are fake, I can assure you.

Definitely flatten your breasts, and still find them uncomfortable. Ordered two sizes and both were too small but I missed the return window, despite never having worn and leaving the tags on. Didn't expect the policy to be that rigid, even for a return. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Stay away!

I purchased two bras from Pepper's website over the holidays. I wasn't thrilled with the fit or the quality and returned one to try something else. When I went to make my return - just two weeks after my exchange and 3 days beyond the original return window - they refused. Other companies offer a far superior product at lower prices with more flexible returns. This is one customer that won't be returning. Be smart, stay away.

I wish I had visited this website before making a purchase of 3 different models of Pepper. Their design or shapes are so strange that they flatten boobs that are already small! They won't make one looks attractive at all from looking at the overall outlook whether one is wearing a dress or a blouse or T-shirt. The bras cover the outer sides of your boobs that don't need to be covered that much and the pressure from the middle part of the bra pushes part of the breasts out at the center, making it look bad from the shirt I was wearing, and I feel really uncomfortable wearing them all day. I purchased the everyday lace, the push-up, and the FeelGood Wirefree T-Shirt Bra. None of them make me happy looking at myself while wearing them. I will stay with Victoria's Secret.
