It seems like all the issues are when you purchase outside the US. I had a seemless experience - ordered several sizes, ended up keeping the size the site suggested (34AAA). Returned the others and was refunded quickly. I even opted for an exchange during the return and the new bra came so fast. Highly recommend if purchasing in the states. My daughter loved the Zero G. $60 for a bra is only slightly higher than their competitors, so the price wasnt a turnoff - especially when the competitor bra was a poor fit.
Pepper bras are the worst bras I've ever tried in my entire life. I tried multiple bras and they all cut into my skin (literally bleeding and leaving scabs) and were very uncomfortable. I regret taking the tags off and trusting this brand due to hype, and basically dumped a few hundred dollars down the drain. I cannot recommend this company and would highly suggest looking elsewhere for good bras.

I ordered 6 bras. I measured exactly according to their directions. Apparently if you have even a little bit of underarm fat, they don't fit! One of the bras I ordered was apparently a final sale, which I missed, so I'm stuck with an expensive crappy bra that doesn't fit. I'm not only disappointed, but really ticked off. You need to be zero body fat and tiny to wear these. My target bras, which were MUCH cheaper fit so much better. Lesson learned. I will NEVER shop Pepper again.
Tip for consumers:
NONE of their bras should be unreturnable.

NONE! I ordered 6 and all are going back, however 1 of them will not provide a refund as it was a final sale, which I didn't realize. But it doesn't fit at all, so it's a waste of drawer space so I'm including it in the return box. I'm mad.
I kept seeing ads for these bras on my social media and being someone with small boobs I was intrigued because all the problems they were stating were problems i've been dealing with. I wish I checked 3rd party reviews in hindsight. I decided it would be worth making the investment for good quality well fitted bras...WRONG. The price does not reflect the quality.
One of my purchases was the mesh bra and it's not sewn all the way across at the top. It's literally being held together by a thread. None of the bra's fit either despite following the size guide, and I still ended up with gaps. I'm currently trying to return my order, but when I entered my info it told me the order is not found... I emailed them, so i'm hoping I can get my money back.

Super unimpressed and disappointed that I gave in to trying pepper because of all the ads I kept seeing everywhere. I've breastfed 2 babies, so my cup sizes have been all over the place in the last 5 years of my life, but I'm fairly small chested at this point with some drooping and gaping that needs support, so I thought pepper would be a good choice. I got the mesh all you bra, size 34 B. The quality was very flimsy, I felt like the mesh was really poor. The bra itself DID still give me a gap, and it was so uncomfortable to wear I couldn't wait to take it off.

Great fit but cheap material that starts wearing out within a month, and by about 3 months you'll be onto your tightest clip and the fit won't be like it was. Bras are EXPENSIVE, pricier than other brands so why not last longer? Because they know if you have a small chest you'll fall in love and then buy some every 3 months instead of once or twice a year. Sneaky sneaky.
Tip for consumers:
If you buy, please NEVER buy full price there’s always a coupon out there or coming up soon! They’re expensive WITH a coupon so yeah don’t buy full price.
Buyer beware! I purchased 2 bras that were marked "Final Sale" for over $60. When I tried them on, they fit no better than the $20 bras that I buy at Target. (I even took the time to measure myself and ordered according to their chart.) In fact, there is an underarm gap that my cheaper bras don't have. I tried to return them, only to find out that "final sale" means that they are not returnable. Apparently, this is spelled out in their return policy, but it would sure have been helpful had it been mentioned upfront as in, "final sale-item not returnable".
My bad for not reading the whole return policy, but the quality of the bras leaves much to be desired.
I purchased a number of bras and found one that I thought would work. After wearing it all day, I found it extremely uncomfortable, I Couldn't wait to get it off. I used their sizing chart and recommendation as well to choose a size. I tried it another couple of times with the same result. I contacted customer service who asked for pictures and related their no return policy. I Asked if they'd be willing to make an exception and explained the situation. They asked for pictures and I showed them. They said it was bc of poor fitting and offered my a 10% discount on another purchase! What?!?! Why would I buy another bra? It was crazy.
They don't care about their customers. Only $. Beware!
I wish this company would truly promote comfort and pro small great body positivity and lose the annoying and uncomfortable padding. It makes it look like I stuffed my bra. Also the cups are slightly larger than said. I've always fit perfectly into a B cup unless someone who should wear C or D at the store stretched it out (why I only order online now). I wanted a bra with NO padding that is underwire so it doesn't ride up. Their wireless bra still rides up. The underwire is padded and slightly larger. If they fix this issue, it would be great. I hope they do so more women can be proud to be small chested.
Tip for consumers:
That these bras are super padded and you can’t remove the padding. Hopefully, they made unpadded bras (which would be what most small chested women are looking for).

Underwire and wire free bras. Size of cups is not consistent, though.
Order was way off sizing and the quality was poor for such expensive items. Also their restocking fee is completely ridiculous for an online company
So I seen lots of ads for their bra over the years. I decided to try it when they had a sale. I was so disappointed. I'm a size 34A. The band was longer than my bra from Victoria. My boobs felt squish and the cup ran small like you can almost see the nips. Their was no visible cleavage. Because I brought them on sale. There's no returns! Please don't waste your money. I'll stick with Victoria's secret.
Very poor response from pepper ferry they sell and forget about customers material lying with no response from team

The bra is very expensive, they claim they can give you true size after taking quiz, ordered & it was so small I couldn't breathe in it, tried to exchange for a bigger size but they wouldn't since apparently they do not offer exchanges, therefore I was forced to return & had to pay $20 return fee. Not worth it and very poor/ unfair business practices.

Bra
I have wanted a Pepper bra for years, because they claimed to be the best bras for small chested women. They're so expensive, so I held off. I saw they were having a holiday sale recently, so I went for it. The bras arrived and I tore open the packaging, so relieved that I finally had a bra that was made for me! I tried them on and cried. They're terrible! They just smash my already small boobs down to nothing. They make me look like a 12 year old in a training bra. The straps are too long, the cups have ZERO give, and they have been nothing but a complete let down. The worst part is the fact that I bought them on sale, so I can't return them! $50 of my hard earned money completely wasted! I am convinced that their positive reviews are fake, and negative reviews are deleted. I reviewed both of the bras I purchased and what do you know? The reviews aren't on their site. DO NOT BUY!
Tip for consumers:
Worst bras for small chests. Will make you look and feel like a toddler.

I purchased the set of bras to try out which said it came with a free bag (which I didn't need). Upon checkout it charged me for the laundry bag. I contacted customer service and asked if they could remove the charge. They told me that since it was my first time ordering and I used a coupon code that the free laundry bag could not be applied. I asked if they could just not send the laundry bag and not charge me for it but they would not do that. There was no fine print stating this…deceptive marketing.
The bras that I tried out did fit me ok but I was surprised at how expensive they are considering the thin material. I will continue to look for the perfect bra but it won't be from this company.
I ordered a few sizes to make sure I got the correct one. My closest size in most popular brands only have 34B, which is too big in the cup and too small in the torso. (I'm 33in in the underbust and 35 over the bust, which I understand makes me a 34B for most, but I'm telling you they don't fit!) The 36A fit me perfect. However, the design choices on these bras make them difficult to wear with actual clothes. For instance the "mesh all you" bra has a layer of mesh over the cup. The pictures make it look like it is all one layer or at least attached together, but they are too separate layers of material. So when you actually put on the bra, the mesh layer does not lay nicely on the smooth under-layer. The mesh isn't big enough to cover the cup, which results lumpy bunched fabric under my shirt. Why did they do this? Why have the mesh at all instead of just smooth fabric? Or at least attach the mesh to the cup so it doesn't shift around and bunch? The bralettes have a Madonna point right where the nipples are, so when you wear it, it looks like you are just braless and nipple free. Whats the point? (haha.) The strapless/convertible bra was satisfactory. I got the 34B so that it would fit tighter since they tend to slide down my torso when moving around. It felt snug and the cups didn't gap at the top so I'm happy. Haven't worn it for a full day yet, so we will see if it holds up.
Overall, Pepper bras is just ok. Not the most insulting bra I've ever been offered, and if they just fixed the problems above I would definitely recommend based on the sizing options. Looking at youtube reviews, I know I'm not the only ones with these complaints, so I don't know why they still do them years later. Whatever.
Tip for consumers:
The bra calculator was useless to me. It kept giving me 36B which I know is totally wrong. I got my sizes based on bras I already had and what I wanted different. So if my 34B was too big in the cup and too small in the band, I went up in band size and down in cup.
NEVER AGAIN. I ordered one, unlined ultra sheer bra. It came out to $72.89 with shipping which I thought was obscene but I have such a hard time buying bras I thought I'd suck it up and give it a shot. In the end they charged me $99.28 for ONE UNLINED BRA because there's an exchange rate they didn't mention at checkout and I didn't find out about until they charged my card (it's possible I missed some fine print about that somewhere but if they're going to tack more than 25% onto the cost of an already expensive item I feel like they should make that clear). They will not allow me to cancel my order and basically told me I was SOL and could return it if I want. Just found out they also charge for returns. Honestly I don't care if the bra fits like a dream and is made of actual gold, I will be returning it and never dealing with this company again.
The website says "easy returns" but the fine print (that I didn't see until after I bought) means that I spent USD$71.43 for a bra that doesn't fit (I carefully followed the measurement instructions on the website), and if I return it, I'll get a credit of $39.51.
That means I'm out $31.92 for trying a bra. I'll never order from here again.
Tip for consumers:
Canadians Beware. Poor refund policy.

Pepper bra, wrong size
I purchased two bras from Pepper's website over the holidays. I wasn't thrilled with the fit or the quality and returned one to try something else. When I went to make my return - just two weeks after my exchange and 3 days beyond the original return window - they refused. Other companies offer a far superior product at lower prices with more flexible returns. This is one customer that won't be returning. Be smart, stay away.
I bought pepper and was super excited to have a bra that fit, no complaints until after a few washes the copper left green stains on my bra. I asked the company to exchange or get a refund and after weeks of chasing them down they finally responded and said that it was my fault. I "wasn't letting the bra dry properly", The bra needs to be air dried! How do you properly air dry!?! Will never by from them again until they fix this problem
If I could leave a negative star rating for customer service I would. The person I was dealing with clearly stated the colour of my bra did NOT match what was on their site due to studio lighting. They proceeded to tell me "I am being heard, this must be frustrating" and did absolutely nothing to reimburse the product. With the total of duties and shipping 3 bras would have cost me between 350-400 USD for the wrong colour bra. Please do not buy from pepper, safe yourself the disappointment.
I bought 2 bras for my daughter for Christmas in November. When she tried them on at Christmas they were a little too small so I tried to exchange them. They said I was past the exchange/return policy by 2 days. They were going to exchange 1 of them "this one time", but since the other one was out of stock I was out of luck! Unbelievably bad business practice! I will never order from them again and will tell everyone about their terrible customer service!
This is the first bra that actually fits me! I bought five different styles and love them. I'm half Asian so maybe that's the deal. Bras made for white women never fit me right. Wish these bras existed 20 years ago but better late than never! Will be buying more. The pink bra is Victoria's Secret 36 A with gaps. The yellow bra is a 36 AA pepper and fits perfectly.
Tip for consumers:
If you have large round Caucasian breasts these bras are not for you. There are a million bra companies making bras for women with big breasts. These bras are for the rest of us.

The bra cost $120 and the quality is not there to support this price. The fit was too small for the size I ordered and this company charged me $20 (!) for the return. Not worth it and this business has unfair business practices.
I bought 2 Pepper bras. The fit is ok, but they are very scratchy and itchy! I cannot wear them because they are so uncomfortable. Plus, it's too late to return them (they have a 30 day return, I just waited too long).
Anyway, I do not recommend them at all.
