I bought the wearpepper bundle which comes with a laundry bra bag that I did not want, I tried to remove it from the cart and it does not have the option to do that.
I reached out to their chat customer service and they were not considerate on removing the unwanted item. This unnecessary item is a separate charge that they arbitrarily add onto the bundle without them giving you the option to choose it. I would rather apply $12, (their price for the laundry bag) to another item than an unnecessary laundry bra bag that could be purchased elsewhere for less if I wanted to. Buyer friendly options is a big deal along with good customer service. For the price of these bras, they could have made the laundry bra bag complimentary. If you don't want to be stuck paying for an unnecessary laundry bra bag, don't choose the bundle. Save your money.
NEVER AGAIN. I ordered one, unlined ultra sheer bra. It came out to $72.89 with shipping which I thought was obscene but I have such a hard time buying bras I thought I'd suck it up and give it a shot. In the end they charged me $99.28 for ONE UNLINED BRA because there's an exchange rate they didn't mention at checkout and I didn't find out about until they charged my card (it's possible I missed some fine print about that somewhere but if they're going to tack more than 25% onto the cost of an already expensive item I feel like they should make that clear). They will not allow me to cancel my order and basically told me I was SOL and could return it if I want. Just found out they also charge for returns. Honestly I don't care if the bra fits like a dream and is made of actual gold, I will be returning it and never dealing with this company again.
I guess it makes sense for the bra to be free of gaps the cups have to be basically flat. The cups are so flat that it serves as a minimizer and flattens my boobs to look even smaller. It's comfortable, but that's about it. I regrettably cut the tags off, so I am unable to return it for a refund.
I returned a bra in the original packaging with the original tags still on it. They sent me a photo showing that the cups were damaged (I tried the bra on exactly one time, so there was no way I "damaged" the cups) and there were no tags on it. They 100% tampered with the bra prior to sending me a picture. They said they couldn't give me a refund but offered me a one time credit. My advice is that if you do purchase something and decide to return it, take a photo of it before you send it back.
I returned a bra after trying it on and not liking fit or fabric. I placed the bra, which I tried on for only a few minutes, and its tag back in the original packaging and sent it back. A month passed and no confirmation of return/refund. When I contacted customer service to check on the status of the return, an inconceivable policy was cited to me: since the tag was only with the bra and not attached, they throw out the bra, and I am not eligible for a refund or an exchange. What?! They simply get rid of the bra I paid for and I don't have my money back or the bra? After I complained, they offered me a 20% off to purchase another bra. What?! Why would I pour money into a company whose bras I don't like, who simply decided for itself that they would throw out the bra I tried to return without at all contacting me to ask if I'd like to have the bra back since their policy does not make my bra eligible for return. The strangest company policy ever.
I measured 3x - even had someone help me in my measurements - ordered the size that fit my measurements only to find the bra's and underwear do not fit. The bra would be fine unless I actually move my body - bend even slightly and I fall out of the fit - the underwear are so painful as they dig into my hip and leg I had to take them off mid-day and go commando.
And guess what? No return of the undies - not even the ones that I have never put on my body. And the bra? Well - if your gonna try it out remember to not take the tag off because if you do there is no return or exchange. How do you know if it is gonna feel right unless you actually experience it in motion.
Most uncomfortable bra and undies I have ever experienced.
I attempted to purchase bras online and wanted to use the new customer code for a discount on the purchase. I was not able to apply the discount originally to the order and so I sent an email after the order to explain my difficulty applying the discount code. Instead of receiving any helpful information I received a really snarky response back saying "haha we wish we could help". They offered no solution whatsoever nor any further customer support. I fully plan on returning the order just because of the poor customer service.
I bought the pepper 3 bra bundle. Very, very dissatisfied. First bra the cup liners keep falling out while im wearing the bra! 2nd bra material is so rough that it rubbed sore on my skin! 3rd bra is ok just ok. Very over rated and if you try the bra you cant return! How are you supposed to know if you like them without wearing? 163.00 in the garbage. Thats what i think of them, Garbage...
I am in Canada so I went all in and bought the starter pack (3 bras - laidback lace, mesh you all, and limitless wirefree scoop; and a laundry bag) to get free shipping & duty. I did the fit test beforehand as well (gave me 32B which is what I was buying elsewhere). Overall pretty expensive - but I've spent close to this at Victoria Secret before
I could not recommend Pepper enough. The fit is perfect, the bras themselves are soft and comfortable, and I immediately threw out all my old bras because I had absolutely no idea just how terribly fitting they were before I tried Pepper
Worst company I have ever worked with. Their customer service treats their customers like they are idiots. I ordered a bra in a 34A, it was not a flattering fit at all, so I exchanged it for a 34A in the push up bra. The 34A pushup bra was so small the band hardly fit on the last clasp, while the initial bra I ordered fit fine?!
I tried to discuss this with pepper and they told me that "bras change fit based on color due to dyes"... like I was some kind of idiot...(mind you both bras were black so this doesn't even make sense if that was actually the case)... so pepper wants customers to believe that their bras can be up to 3 inches in band difference because of dye color...
Anyhow they refused the exchange... returning it and refusing to work with this company ever again.
After ordering 4 bras, I returned 3 (unworn, tags on, on time per their policy) as the style had prominent cups that peeped out over the top of the line of the bra. It was odd looking — as if there was a mistake in sewing it. And to be honest they weren't very attractive. Despite returning 3, a month after an email confirmation that my return was received I had not yet been credited for the amount. I emailed customer service and they sort of apologized and credited me for 2 of the bras. When asking about they 3rd they said they never received it and refused to credit me for it, asking if I was sure I returned it. I said, "Yep — I'm sure. I didn't want your odd looking bra, and it sounds like you're suggesting I'm trying to steal it?" Which was ironic, since they didn't bother crediting me for the items they did say they received either, until I asked for my money. And that's where they left it. They won't reply to me any more. And I'm out over $40.
Excellent quality, style, service.
People complaining about closed return windows should be annoyed with themselves, not the company. Pepper's return policies are clearly stated on the site.
Order was way off sizing and the quality was poor for such expensive items. Also their restocking fee is completely ridiculous for an online company
I really love the message of this company and was excited to place my order. I took my measurements and used the size guide on the website to order, but unfortunately the bras came up a little smaller than expected in the back and I needed to return them for the next size. There are no exchanges available in Canada so I placed another order. The bras were a good shape for a smaller bust and relatively comfortable.
Shipping is free when you spend over $125 but it costs $9.99 to return your items for a refund. Not so bad so I thought.
I was surprised to find that my refund didn't contain the duty and taxes, which was over $60! This is in their terms and conditions but purposely placed after the instructions on shipping costs and how to return your items, so I won't be the only one who misses this costly piece of information.
Canadian customers: beware that if your order doesn't fit you, you will still pay around $20 per bra PLUS the $9.99 return shipping fee to return them - and be back to square one.
I HATE these bras. I used their size guide and went by the descriptions and the images. The bras did that match anything they showed. They're huge, and they're overpadded. I'm small, and I'm OK with that. But these bras that supposedly match my measurements are way too big. I would never wear anything like them. Now I'm stuck with the bottoms that don't match anything I own. Taey are still sealed in the original packaging, but they can't be returned. If Pepper had a store, I might try them again, but I won't order anything else through the mail. And I haven't even dealt wih their supposedly poor customer service yet!
I have spent far less money on better fitting bras. I thought it would work but you don't know until wearing it for several hours. Who is going to wear a be for several hours with the tags still on?
Size chart is way off and recommended a bra 2-3 sizes too small. I think this is how they want the bra to fit. The idea is to stuff you into a size way too small so that side boob is essentially spilling out the top. Their cup size is one size bigger than VS or pink so if you're normally a B - order the A ( not the double A that they recommend). Mine fit but flattened me out more than any bra I've ever tried on in my life. I ordered the push up which has about the same padding as the push up from Pink but it's in strange places and the cups are about 3 inches apart in the front so it actually takes away any cleavage you may have had. A lot of small breasted ladies are small people and pushing our breasts apart accomplishes the opposite of what these bras are intended for. I fell for their gimmick and purchased the matching undies thinking I could wear those regardless as they are non returnable. They are described as soft as stretchy - they are neither. They are made with the same cheap plastic fabric and have zero stretch. The gusset is way to big/wide for the size so it doesn't lie flat and crumples up in the front looking awful. They charge $100 for 4 thongs and ship them in individual bags that are not sealed so you can't return them. I strongly believe Pepper does this intentionally because they know their quality is garbage and everyone would return them. This companies business model is to get as much money as possible from every first order whether the customer is satisfied or not because they know 95% of customers will never order from them again. If they stood behind their products they would simply seal the bag so you could return the ones you didn't try on. To return this bra I was deducted $20 USD for return shipping and restocking. At the end of the Day - I spent $188 on one bra that I returned and 4 thongs - all of which went in the Garbage with 3 being unopened. I received a refund of $35 for the $70 bra. So that's $150 spent to try on the worst, most unflattering bra I've ever worn. The quality and feel is so awful- Stay away! I got a way better, very flattering bra and 5 of the softest best looking thongs from Pink for $85 Canadian-Go there! Pepper is only still in business because they are thieves.
I bought some bras that did not fit. Per Pepper's return policy, I returned them unworn and with the original tags and packaging, and they took FOREVER to process the return. Then they just said that the bras weren't in their original condition (HOW?) and wouldn't give me my money back. They did not provide specifics or proof that the bras were altered. I honestly have no idea how they couldn't be in their original condition since I didn't even try them all on! They have been giving me the run around for weeks. Their customer service is slow, shady, and impersonal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Very poor response from pepper ferry they sell and forget about customers material lying with no response from team

Not worth the hype. Go buy some quality Natori bras. I have ordered a few pepper bras and I would compare them to a target brand. They have horrible customer service and ship with DHL.
