Wayfair is a scam. Do not order anything from them. I ordered a mattress which I was suppose to receive on 28 November and I still haven't received it and now my estimated delivery date is 27th of December. I request you to please please stay away from them.
Very disappointed experience with this company. I had a big issue with my last order, and then I had been given 10% promo code for my next order. Unfortunately due to the lockdown it's expired. I called them to ask for reactive the code, but they rejected it straightaway!? It's definitely not kind of "we are sorry for the inconvenience we made for you voucher", it's more like "we will give you another bad experience voucher"!
Bought cake stand was told it will be delivered on the 3rd, it wasn't. There was no text or email. When item got here its too small, rang c/s, am told £4.99 if i print a return slip n £9.99 if they have to to send a slip. I can't return at the post office.
My nan order a sofa over 3 months ago you have gave her repeated delivery dates and you have failed your high standards of delivery and not only have u just given the money back you have it for months and done nothing and have no explanation of why you have cancelled this Order I shall make sure everyone knows of your outrageous lies.
I had a problem getting an invoice for my purchase. I dealt with numerous operators who appeared to have never read the details of my original request for help. I gave up in the end. Be aware the buyer had to pay for returns postage.
I ordered Sarina Bunk Bed with Drawer on the 23 July
Almost three months passed, and I did not receive my bed.
Every time that I contact the call centre, I get the same response... we log a ticket someone will come back to you. After few days I receive automatic mail that it's on the way and you I'll receive it by the end of the week, but nothing happened
I asked for a refund. The call centre talk to me for 45 minutes and then open a ticket and said... you will receive answer in few days...
So Carful! Wayfair does not always deliver. If you are the unlucky one that does not get your goods no one will help you and no refund guaranty.
An utter disgrace.
Having ordered an expensive item, I was given a delivery window. They failed to turn up. I chased them, and was told I had asked them not deliver it!
I asked for a manager, 5 times, they refused.
I asked for their complaints procedure 3 times, they refused.
Everyday it was me chasing them, and everyday brought more lies and ignorance.
And this was only one occasion. They never deliver when they say. Nothing ever looks the same as the pictures. And most things are damaged.
Never again. At least amazon have the decency to speak to you.
I have placed multiple ordered with Wayfair and despite claiming to offer fast shipping I was waiting 4 weeks. Only when contacting them was I told that they couldn't deliver because Brexit complications. Most of their items are actually not even in stock, they just keep postponing delivery dates! Ordered from The Range instead and received my items within a week... seems Brexit complications only affect unprofessional companies then!
Do not use Wayfair. The delivery dates on their site are totally made up. The staff won't help or offer any compensation for orders that are misdelivered or a month late, both of which happened. They refuse to speak on the phone and send endless back and forth emails of what are clearly templated excuses. I order a lot online but this was the worst experience in furniture delivery I've ever had. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere
Never shopping here again, me and my partner ordered a set of drawers which clearly stated in the order information that it will be delivered the next day our tracking showed our house is next in line for delivery then all of a sudden we get a notification that there is a delay and will attempt to be delivered the next working day, that never happened we have contacted wayfair and they didn't know why it wasn't delivered with us contacting them several times their excuse was "we're still waiting for updates from the courier". With more than 3 delivery attempts as was shown on our tracking we still haven't recieved our item we have emailed DHL but got no reply absolute joke stay away from this website save your money.
I bought a barbecue from these people thinking they looked like a well organised company. It cost £800, comes on a pallet and needs two people to move it apparently. Well I wouldn't actually know because they lost it in transit, one of the girls I spoke to joked about how a recent order had fallen down the back of the driver's seat...Anyway, been waiting since the 25th April now and as of this moment in time not a clue when it's going to arrive, what a flipping shambles, couldn't organise a p#ss up in a brewery
This is one Shambolic disgraceful company who dont give a dam about there customers! Keep well away infact my experience has made me poorly. From managerswho just ignore & dont return calls. Customer service who just pass buck its a joke of a company! Ive a list of names emails etc could list & will do in evidence of how poor weve been treated!
My dinner plates arrived to be buffet plates. Wrong concept! You stand to eat from a buffet plate and sit to eat from a dinner plate! I was asked to measure the plate?. Who measures plates? This item was totally misleading according to the Trades description act. They arrived with stickers on them saying Buffet plates although they were described as Inner plates.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Placed an order for a tv stand and realised after 24 hours that I ordered it in the wrong colour. The delivery date is confirmed as 20th July and when I requested a cancellation on the 4th July I was told it's too late to cancel as they are preparing to ship it, yet the ETA is still the 20th July! Aine O was particularly unhelpful, would avoid this company at all costs!
I got a new sofa on the 6 December someone was supposed to come on Friday at 4 didn't come I rang they said sorry they said I will book you in for Sunday at 1 didn't come again my daughter came home with a new born she had to feed her on the floor we had are meals on the floor my son in-law came Sunday and put it together it's riddilous
I have been looking to buy a painting. Every single one I have thought I might like to buy - about 20 so far - is showing a delivery time of 30+ weeks! Absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered a sun lounger in April or May last year, very good reviews so seemed like a good deal at £44. Several days later it was delivered; it was in fact a camp bed. I went through the packaging but there were no returns instructions. We were in lockdown so everything was a bit more complicated than usual, so although I looked up the wayfair returns centre, I had to print a label to return the camp bed and have no printer at home and my office was closed. The camp bed (which was labeled as a sunbed) was of no use to me so I just gave it to a friend. 8
Ensure you fully research the item you want on various sites to get the best price/quality before buying from Wayfair. We bought an item from them for £45, the quality was poor for the money - the box came with the original provider's details on, their site sells them for £25! We thought the item was exclusive to Wayfair. They won't refund the difference. We won't use Wayfair again.
Pls pls. Pls. Never buy from them, the worst customer service, waiting for item and can't even contact them, they took my money and quiet now, not professional at all.be careful everyone, never buy from them.
Answer: Misleading advertising, inferior products, make you pay to return products, generic answers when you complain, as though one shoe fits all, not a customer centric. Company, absolutely disappointed with them, I thought nonsense like this had stopped 20 yrs ago, people In lockdown due to virus and some companies using the opportunity to sell rubbish online with fake advertising - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM save yourself the frustration, money and waste if your own preciouse time - they really don't care about you at all
Answer: Had to use them, as we were given a gift card, not refundable. Will never ever use them again.
