Way parking is absolutely horrible. There is no-one to contact in customer service and their staff is absolutely terrible. I chose their service even though they were more expensive because I read some positive reviews. Buyer Beware, they will refuse help and good luck getting a refund if something goes wrong. They locked the key inside the car. They then pried open the door to retrieve it. Never took responsibility. Damage was $300. Took them to court. These thieves didn't bother to show up. Judge ruled in my favor. I'm still waiting to be compensated. Go elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation and the damages they will cause.

On December 30,2021. I had a reservation for 3:30 AM when I arrived at 3:00 I was told by one of the staff members of that way.com had over book them and there was not a space for me. They told me to go to other lots. I was with my mom on a rainy cold morning looking for a spot in the nearest garage.Of course everyone was booked and had to leave my car in the street. The staff member of the lot was very rude and I'm still waiting to get my money back!

Having used them many times, they are the best, even showing comparisons with other parks in the area proving this. They also monitor the flight arrivals so if your flight is delayed, they are aware of it and are still there to meet you. No phone calls necessary.

Tried two times. First time parking was nonexistent, cannot find it. Second time finally we found parking, but our reservation was unrecognizable by parking system. Trying to contact costumer service - 30 minutes on hold with no representative alive. Waste of effort, time and money.

I booked parking through their websites & arrived on time said location but no one was there at the spot. They mentioned at their website about garage location but there was no garage there. Finally I left the location & rebooked parking at different location. Its a false advertisement. Most of their advertised location are false. Please don't book blindly by looking their website. Booked the parking at 405 parking structure through Way. On the morning of the 24th, Way changed the booking to Prime Parking garage which turned out to be a nightmare. Prime parking garage has only 1 shuttle which goes back and forth and the wait time is a minimum of 45 minutes. Extremely inconvenient! Would not recommend ever! Additionally when we called to status of the vehicle, the attendant was extremely rude while answering the phone.
