I purchased a watch from them, first, shipping took for ever but to my disappointment they sent me an USED/OPEN BOX watch, missing tag, ripped box, dirty full of fingerprints and signs of use, I paid full price for a brand new item received an used one, not happy! I will never used them again and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away or look somewhere else.

Terrible experience
June 5, 2023

The first watch I had ordered was marked as fraud when everything was in my name with correct information. Couple months later here I am trying again and now my watch has been returned to sender after waiting 2 weeks because they didn't put the correct address. Would never recommend to anyone.

Reliable, fast delivery and great price

I purchased the archetype nemesis for my hubby. He seemed to love it. It arrived fast w easy tracking and was offered at a great price. The leather band could be softer, but for the price point- it's a cool watch.

Crooks.
I received goods not as described. I was threatened with a no return policy. My funds were held hostage with the demand that I remove a negative review first.
My advice is not to deal with these people. If you can't resist the fake deals, use a credit card to protect you in the event you need to enact a charge back. (You likely will) This isn't an honest merchant. Shameful and greedy.

No return policy

I've bought several watches from watches.com. I recently purchased an expensive watch that had a final sale which I unfortunately missed. Because it was sent with no paperwork in the box I became suspicious. I asked to return it for a store credit toward 2 new watches I wanted to buy. I was rejected & told it was discontinued. But worse is the company "Sisu" was going out of business. So any future issues would be impossible to get repaired.
Really unhappy with watches.com. Don't plan to purchase with them again!

On 9/17/23 I was trying to order a watch through Affirm. My card from a previous purchase was stored on their site. I went from Affirm back to Watches. Com to complete the purchase. When I clicked to complete it charged the card that was stored, not charged to Affirm. I have sent numerous emails to them with no response. Also, they do not have a phone number for customer service. This is is definitely a very shady setup to lock you in even if there was a mistake made on my part. I will be referring this as a deceptive business practice to my state Attorney General's office for review

Watches.com advertised a watch as coming with two watch bands... a leather strap and a stainless steel bracelet. This was a lie! The watch only came with a leather strap. When I asked Watches.com why it didn't include the bracelet they said that they put that on the website to let consumers know it is an option. When you look under specifications for this item it clearly lists two watch bands as being included. Customer service was less than helpful. First they told me I was wrong. Then they offered me 15% off if I spent more money on their website. Finally they offered to accept a return. None of that is an acceptable solution. I expect to get exactly what is advertised when I decide to make a purchase.

Ordered 2 Nubeo watches. Both arrived with the chronograph function not working. Watches.com was unable to resolve the issue. Poor customer service. They also delete any poor reviews of their watches and block you. Buyer beware.

My watch purchase through Watches.com has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered as a consumer. Purchased a SLD N-Core timepiece for $240. Ended up with a stress crack through the glass within 8 months after normal use and having been handled with care. I've seen others with similar issues which indicate a manufacturing or design defect. I initially requested a repair or replacement. The manufacturer was slow to respond and unhelpful. They have been unable to provide any relief due to Chinese supplier issues as a result of the pandemic and after 3 months of back and forth, they have still not issued a refund or repaired the watch. At this time, one year from purchase, I have a broken watch I spent $240 on that I would like to get repaired or refunded but no path to relief. Watches.com support has been nonexistent and deferred responsibility entirely. Buying a product from Watches.com is at your own risk. Watches.com will not stand by the products the sell and will not assist you if your purchase is defective. I cannot offer a stronger warning to avoid purchasing from Watches.com.

Interesting Xeric Watch

I am a watch collector, and I will always support anyone who wakes up one day and decides to design a watch. So I was drawn to Xeric, which was an initially a Kickstarter project. I purchased the Xeric Decypher Automatic Blue Orange Limited Edition, as it was on sale. The sale price was below the manufacturing cost. Miyota movement, sapphire glass, genuine leather strap, beautiful case... Anyway, it arrived today and... it's good and bad. The good: Well made, unusual design and very accurate- see the timegrapher photo, within chronometer specs. The Bad: gigantic watch, hard to read, no second hand, and no date. I'll wear it at a party or a bar, just to start a conversation. Maybe at Comicon, should I ever go to one...

Ordered online on Watches-Swiss.com 13 Mar NBA T*******700 Tissot PRC 200 Ladies Swiss Watch because, unfortunately, in Russia they were not at this point, and the representation of Tissot promised to deliver only 3 weeks( could not Wait, as it's my sister's birthday was scheduled in 11 days. The site also promised delivery 3-5 business days. Promptly issued and sent! March 20 watch was at the customs of Russia, but... Slowness and bureaucratic delays delayed delivery as much as for an additional 8 days (to the birthday did not hurry, but most importantly, that in principle arrived in Russia! They say that with jewelry and watches delivery is generally problematic and often sent back ( with USPS everything went well. Mark, the owner of the site, personally communicated with me and supported in moments of doubt) I am very grateful for his support and product! Summary-saved, even taking into account the delivery of $ 50, but most importantly received the goods, which we did not have! Thank you, mark, very much! The website I recommend! Should just order the product a little in advance...

I ordered a timex watch and paid 140.00, it arived broken and the timex watch appeared to look like a knock off because it looked cheap and I'm experienced at looking at timex watches in the stores and they seem well constructed but the watch these people sent me was nothing of the timex quality I've seen. I sent back the watch the same time it arived and called the company only to be told that I've shipped their watch back the wrong way. I took pictures in detail of shipping so that I would have detailed evidence that I've sent the watch back correctly but the company is telling me that canada post doesn't know how to mail a parcel. I went back to the post office and told them that the company is saying the parcel wasn't sent back the right way but that it was going to be returned to me because of wrong labelling. The company is accusing the post office of not knowing how to mail a watch. I've opened up a dispute with my credit card company and hope that they can reverse the charges. The company I'd defiant in trying to deal fairly. They are sending out defective watches and then you have to fight to get your money back.

I ordered a $300 izzy myake watch that does not work. The watches.com customer service number requires you to leave a voicemail. They do not return calls. You can reach them by email. They do not respond. I really got screwed by them.

Thank you for your honest feedback. You emailed on Dec 26th and our customer service manager responded on Dec 27th and then followed up later when we never received a response from you. Glad we were able to resolve it quickly once you found our emails in your SPAM folder.
Since 2016, we've overhauled our customer service team and processes. We're reduced our response time by 40% from 2017 to 2018. We hope you'll give us another chance in 2019 as we have tens of thousands of happy repeat customers. Thanks Don.
