On 9/17/23 I was trying to order a watch through Affirm. My card from a previous purchase was stored on their site. I went from Affirm back to Watches. Com to complete the purchase. When I clicked to complete it charged the card that was stored, not charged to Affirm. I have sent numerous emails to them with no response. Also, they do not have a phone number for customer service. This is is definitely a very shady setup to lock you in even if there was a mistake made on my part. I will be referring this as a deceptive business practice to my state Attorney General's office for review
