I recently shared a review about Pristine Auction that was negative. It was do to a complete lack of Customer Service when trying to deal with a transaction that did not go over well. After reading my review, the owner of Pristine Auction, Jared, reached out to me personally. After a little back and forth, I was convinced that he truly cared about my satisfaction and my business. He didn't have to compensate me to feel this way. Rather, the way he approached the situation and how he looked into the issue showed me he cared and I commend him for that. I learned a valuable lesson today. It can be difficult as a business owner to have everyone on your team share your values or go about doing business the way you would. I think I hit a glitch with his Customer Service Department and unfortunately had a bad experience. To be fair, I feel compelled to share this new experience with Pristine Auction and be fair by saying that everything was handled professionally in the end and I am satisfied with how everything turned out. I intend on continuing business with Pristine Auction in the future and would recommend to anybody to do the same.
