I was charged twice for same order. I called and they said that I never ordered anything. I was clearly scammed. I am reporting this site to the BBB. I would hate this happen to someone else.

They ALLEGEDLY shipped my small order on 11-21-24. Almost 3 weeks later, I still do not have my checks. The rep told me that "since you didn't pay $5.00 extra for tracking on the shipment, it takes up to 15 business days." No other business charges extra to get tracking. This is ridiculous. I assumed a large corporation like Walmart would be reputable so I didn't even bother looking up reviews. Don't waste money on this company!

I would not order from this company, I gave them my charge card number and I was over charged, I spent a long time calling back for the right person to get a credit...then next day I looked at my pending card charges and they had charged me an extra 73.00 and they said they did not do it...I spent long hrs calling back my citi card and they want to cancel my card again for the 4th time in 6 years...and I have to notify everyone in the USA...this is so upsetting...so now the scammers of war-mart checks.com have my newest card info...I have only had this card since May 2024...I wish I had never heard of

Scam, advertises one price with free shipping but then adds junk fees once you waste time to fill all your personal information.

The worst! Walmartchecks.Com I placed an order on June 12. They shipped on June 29, it is now July 17 and they have never arrived. Company refused to refund my money. How could you send a financial document without tracking? Absolutely ridiculous there's a pattern here buyer beware

My checks were lost in the mail which Walmart checks said to put a stop payment on said checks, my bank is charging a monthly fee for this and Walmart checks will not reimburse me for this or the checks that they lost in the mail as "they sent them without tracking and therefor have no further information".

Ridiculous do not trust them with something as important as this.

Will never order from them again.

Checks are lost and there's nothing they can seem to do about it. All we could do is stop payment and they offered issue the next set of checks. However, I don't feel that that's a good idea because then I'll probably be a second set lost

Decided to look at other duplicate check options on internet instead of using my bank. Going with Walmartchecks.com is frustrating and less than useless. Order submitted Dec 17 with next day shipping included. It is now Jan 2,2024 and I can find no tracking info or order status on their website. Just hung up from *******432 waiting for a customer service rep, with no one answering after 1 hour. I should have researched this company. From other complaints I have read before writing this review the satisfaction rating for this company is very low. I obviously let the Walmart name trick me into trusting this company. Very foolish.

Paper quality and print are in poor quality but I can tolerate it. So far I have used five checks, but one check I issued to our artist league was bounced back and I have to pay $7. It's embarrassing. It never happens in my banking history! The reason for rebounce was "cannot locate the account". Then I compared the Walmart checks with my previous check and found that "000" was added after my bank account number. I guess it caused some confusion.

Just needed 1 box of checks and $10 looked good. Got all the way to check out and they added a Processing Fee. The only thing they do is print checks. There shouldn't be an extra fee. Cancelled and order from Costco.

I ordered the 'Jack Attack' style on 8/17 and they arrived on 8/24. They look great and arrived faster than expected. Highly recommended!

Horrible service. They are NO HELP! They lie, and make you pay extra for fast shipping then have BS reasons why they can't ship them out until the NORMAL DAY IT WOULD HAVE CAME IF I JUST PAID THE SAME AMOUNT! NEVER EVER EVER USE GOD DAMN WALMART FOR CHECKS THEY ARE CRIMINAL AND LAZY!

It's not there for the price you get with you paid for I don't want people are giving it a bad review you just get the basic checks I got 25 checks for the same amount of money at 400 so I don't know what everybody is complaining about I guess everybody wants everything for nothing

The duplicate deposit books I received were very poorly bound. The white and yellow copies fall out the minute that you touch them so that it is impossible to fill them out in the book. This also means that the copies are loose rather than remaining in the book like they are supposed to. Garbage.

When I placed my order, I carefully reviewed my info and it was correct and in proper format. When I received the checks, the dashes were left out of my phone number. Now there is a straight line of numbers, which looks horrible. Who ever reviewed my order to print it, should have either contacted me or used common sense and known it was a phone number and put the dashes in. However, they probably do not have an actual person reviewing the information, but a computer reviewing it. This is the problem with the overuse of technology, and under utilization of human workers. The computer cannot differentiate and leaves out things like dashes. The print used for my name and address is extremely small. It looks very unprofessional. Like all other product's Walmart offers, it is very low quality and I should have known better. The price is low for a reason, poor quality. You get what you pay for. Meanwhile the price of their groceries and good they sell, continue to rise and quality continues to go down. Walmart has become an extreme disappointment as well as a greedy corporation that refuses to pay workers benefits despite their billions in profits. I will use a local, small town grocery store from now on and order checks through my bank. There wasn't any place on the Walmart checks site to give feedback. That says a lot right there.

I used to order all my checks from walmart checks and they were good quality years ago. This time I ordered two designs: Star Wars Mandalorian and Kittens. Not only did they add the processing fee like other reviewers said, but the checks I received are terrible quality. They look like they were printed at 30 dpi using an inkjet printer. The designs, text, and lines are grainy and difficult to make out. My Star Wars checks weren't even cut correctly and have a border on one side as well as crushed spines.

They also couldn't even be bothered to ship the checks in a simple cardboard box. They instead shipped them in this flimsy cardstock folder with the checkbooks glued to the inside of it and they got all banged up in the mail. I'm really upset and literally could have printed better checks myself at home with my laser printer. I'm never going to buy from them again.

Ordered checks. 5 weeks later, they haven't mailed the checks or if they did mail the checks they aren't sure and they can't track them. They have no information at all. So, somewhere, someone has all of the banking information on my account, and Walmart can't do anything to determine what may have happened to them.

I would definitely not recommend using any Walmart online ordering if this is what they offer.

By the way, they said that I agreed not to be able to track the shipment. That is news to me. Why would anyone order checks and not want to know how to track them if they get lost.

Can't believe this is how Walmart operates.

Ordered the cheapest checks the cheapest way. Received order confirmation and status as shipped 2 days later. Received checks without tracking 12 business days later. Are the checks perfect quality? No, but for the price I didn't expect perfection.

I received a Walmart circular in the mail advertising their low-cost checks which turned to be high cost when placing the order. The tracking information appears to be completely bogus as it did not contain a residential address where the order should have been delivered...only the name of the city. In any event, I never received the order, although all shipping parties claimed that it was shipped and delivered. Contacted DHL who said, take it up with who you ordered the checks from. Tried contacting Walmartchecks.com by phone. Needless to say, a recording came on and put me on hold. After two hours, I hung up. I contacted my bank, who suspecting fraud, told me that I would have to open up a new account. Also, beware of these high rated reviews. I have a sneaky suspicion that they are spoof reviews from this sham of a company. Do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of this ghost check company.
