The employees would not help me find a couple of items. They barely stopped their conversation to even look at me. The online order pick up process meant that there is an unmarked secret area to go to to call a number to pick the item up. No one answered the phone (It was 2:00 in the afternoon on a Wed) and it went to voicemail which was full. I tried to go in to the door and an employee yelled at me. It was insane

Do not I repeat do not place order if there is any kind of security gate to enter they will not deliver your package and you will have to go back and fourth with Walmart and fed ex I've always had issues with fed ex and if I had known that was who was going to deliver I would have just bought a different grill so all in total I will have to wait longer than 10 days for a refund because fed ex refuses to deliver the package they need to put a warning on the shipping page in checkout so others are warned before buying.
I gave a review earlier of Walmart, I spoke with an agent especially for complaints. Her name was solar, she told me she was going to fix the problem and she gave me two $25 promo codes again. She also lied so, I tried to use the codes three times and it says codes are not found. I repeated the codes to her twice to make sure I had them correct. She deliberately lied to me! To get me off the phone. This was a person who is supposed to help you with your problem. Shameful shameful shameful, a monkey could do their job better none of them care about us they don't care if we lose money they don't care about your groceries! They don't care if YOU loss your money. AND the people who's trying to help you they don't care either! HERE IS MY ADVICE! Do not shop at Walmart it will be nothing but stress you'll lose your money you won't get your groceries, they will go to the wrong place, they pick horrible fruits n veggies, and you'll get so angry you will have to repent and pray to God like I did.
Wanted to give delivery a try, $100 worth of groceries that were all due to expire within 48 hrs. Terrible. They don't bother to check expiration and are probably told to pick up the stuff that's about to expire to get rid of it. Will not try again.

Thinking back pre-covid, I hardly shopped at walmart, and when I did, I was getting socks, grandkids toys and such.

After the situation with FedEx stealing my packages, I WILL NEVER USE THIS SO CALLED SHIPPING CARRIER EVER AGAIN! I will never order anything that will be shipped by FedEx. They are a terrible, disheartening, untrusting, disrespectful company and the people who work for you are the same. Packages i ordered for Christmas were received but NO PRODUCT IN PACKAGES! Several of my packages are left opened on my porch! Y'all sign for my package, take items, and re tape the package. I HAVE SO MUCH PROOF! FedEx does NOT take any accountability and does NOT TAKE any responsibility, they don't have any sympathy or willingness to resolve issues. It's sad I'm talking about my Christmas gifts that were ordered last year, ITS NOW APRIL.
I've tried communicating with Walmart and FedEx on the issue with my biggest concern they initiated. NEITHER are helpful in resolving a problem. Just a big back and forth runaround. I paid $350 for a Apple Watch that i never recieved. I've tried working with my bank disputing the transaction and they are like oh not our problem either, you gotta talk with FedEx and Walmart.
Many more packages i received only through FedEx have been tampered with, destroyed or missing and never received. They are thieves and liars!

Canceled my order twice because they suspected fraud. I had to call for him to enter it in manually so it doesn't cancel my next order. Ridiculous. Now I have to wait longer before getting my item. This is wrong, you cannot stop people from ordering because you "suspect" only if you know for sure. I should get free shipping for thus, now I have to wait longer. Lucky I don't go through a different provider. Make sure you check your email after ordering, they might cancel your order and make you waste time and energy.
Many times their website is not current. This is frustrating because when you go to the store based on what you see, the product is not in stock. Also their grocery pick up is a 3 at best. I have called several times to complain and asked for a mgr. To call back. Never received a callback.

I ordered a phone from them mostly because they promised delivery the next day. They informed me it required a signature, so had my mom wait. 6pm, no phone. Contacted them: It will be there by 8.9pm no phone. Message from them: it will be there sometime within the next 3 days. So how does it go from 2 hrs to 3 days... they simply never intended to deliver on the promised day. At 6pm I could have cancelled the order, but at 9 conveniently for them, they refused to refund me or cancel it. They told me to refuse it... that would mean it would take at least 10-15 days for a refund. I wasted my time, my mom wasted her time. Walmart simply lied, then made returning it inconvenient so I would not want to go the trouble of getting a refund. I would urge everyone to avoid this site. Amazon may charge you, but at least it comes when promised.
I ordered 2 boxes of Oat bites and received only one box.
When I reached out to Walmart Customer Service, they relayed my issue to Blue Sapphire Corp customer service, who supplied the product and I never got a response from them or Walmart to rectify my problem.

The other day, I was happily shopping at Walmart when I noticed some very nice items, for clearance!. "Let's get them!" I said. Once I got home and opened all the items, only then did I realize the fraud that Walmart was playing.

The items I purchased: a pack of 6 Boyshorts for $4,4 plastic water bottles each for $0.75, and 2 steel bottles each for $10. All of these items were marked for clearance and I felt so accomplished for only paying a total of $27. Only after getting home, did I realize that I had just been duped.
The pack of 6 Boyshorts had a torn seal that was taped back together and it consisted of only 4 Boyshorts. The 4 plastic water bottles were also broken by their seal and were selling for only $0.50 online. Finally, here comes the real deception. The two steel water bottles which I had purchased for $20, were selling online for a total of $15. Not just that, but these bottles were on clearance, which if they weren't, I would have been cheated by almost $40.
In conclusion, through this review, I would like to share a message. Please stop offering your generosity, loyalty, and money to the store that is awfully famous for duping millions of people, me included. Walmart grows every day, and with that more people are frauded with used items that aren't even mentioned in Walmart's terms and guidelines. Together, by boycotting this manipulative store, we can prevent this cheating with our future generations. Together, we can promise the better safety of our community from this ever-growing corrupt store. Together, we can end Walmart.

The prices are cheaper than most other places but the quality is worse than most as well. The saying, you get what you pay for is true when it comes to walmart. As their employees are not paid well, the customer support leaves a lot to be desired. There are always long lines at checkout and it can be a waiting nightmare at times. However, the location is quite convenient for me.

For the most part, I find that the morning time is the best time for me because the store is less crowded. When it's less crowded, I can browse around very comfortably and find some of the best prices while discovering new brands as well. I love using self checkout because the long lines for cash registers can be a pain due to limited staffing. But overall, I can generally find what I need when the stocking and signage is on point.
I love shopping at Walmart and Walmart.com. They have a wide variety of items and the items are usually in stock. I have been shopping at Walmart for years.
