Complicated, extended return policy

It was not evident obviously on the site anywhere that there is this complicated, customer – responsible return policy. Obviously, bathing suits are difficult to fit so I ordered a number of different styles presuming I would keep one or two. Unfortunately, none were the right size And the return process was not available on the website but had to be implemented through emails. I am now still waiting five days later for a return shipping label or information. Also, the 30% refund offer to keep six bathing suits that don't fit me was not liable or reasonable. Standard online customer experiences are much more Turn key in this process.

Both of the tankini sets I ordered are very pretty and look like the photos on the website. However, it did take a long time to receive them, and when I tried them on the tops were too small. I wrote to get the return policy, but they don't want them back, you see, they have several ways to convince you to keep them. So, unless my bust gets magically smaller, these cute suits will be unused and unworn, and probably given to a family member.

Nightmare to return

I wanted to return the swimsuit for poor quality. They try to make that impossible. Put me through a back in forth email where the offered discounts to keep it, but no easy return for full refund. I finally got the address to send it to for refund, and then they stated they didn't receive it. The post office tracked it and even sent a personal email saying they picked it up. They are still playing a game with endless emails. I will dispute this on my cc bill. Poor customer service and quality. Steer clear!

Perimenopause- We do not care club member

Suits arrived in roughly 10-14 days. Quality seemed good. Sizing seemed ok on some suits. Some fabric prints were blurry, and some suits didn't fit my changing perimenopause body as well as I'd hoped so I needed to return them. The process was more complicated than most: it took several emails to receive an actual return address and customer service continued to try to convince me to keep the suits for a 30% and then a 50% discount. But they didn't fit, so I'm not sure why the attempted pressure. They also said they would not refund me if the crotch stickers were removed (they hadn't been, I literally tried them on with underwear. Also they requested crotch sticker photos before allowing g my return and giving me a return address) and I'm not sure why the hostile tone. Overall, I kept and have used and enjoy two suits. They wear well and wash well. Fabric is nice. But because of the customer service, I doubt I'd order again. Not worth the hassle. There are too many options for purchase to have someone be anything less than kind and helpful.

Customer service is deplorable. I ordered 3 tankinis which took nearly a month to arrive. 2of them were fine but the 3rd had all its labels cut out so there was no way to tell its size and it had obviously been worn and was at least 3 sizes too big. I was told to keep it with a 30%refund and find a tailor to alter it to fit. What planet do they live on? I'm certainly not paying for 2nd hand and defaced articles and then paying to have them altered. Boycott this dreadful firm.
