I ordered from this site believing it was legitimate, I paid for 3 swimsuits and even paid double for delivery to receive it faster. It has now gone past the faster delivery date and I still have no order. I've emailed but no response, not even to confirm my email was received. Tracking still shows it has left China, and that's all! With the domain. co.uk I thought it was a genuine company. Will be making sure other people don't fall for this and reporting them to trading standards.

Item came worn with makeup on the white inner, had no tags attached or in the packaging, which was obviously an unchecked return. It was sent via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery 2 weeks after I placed the order with no invoice, return details or instructions inside the package, I was done I just binned it, I don't have the time or patience to deal with business that dont give two hoots about their product or customers. I purchased some tankinis from this site for an upcoming holiday. I paid for express shipping as I needed the items urgently. They arrived 5 days after I ordered them which was great. However none of them fitted properly, mainly due to the bottoms being on the smaller side despite being advertised as high waisted. I contacted the company to ask for a refund and was advised that I could either return them to the USA at my own cost or I could cut them into pieces and send photos as proof for the refund. I did choose the 2nd option as it did not cost me anything but I found this to be very strange. It's extremely wasteful and bad for the environment. Not sure if this is actually legit?
The customer service I experienced was very good and efficient and I received the refund a few days after sending the pictures as promised. I wouldn't use this company again however, nor recommend them them to others due to their unethical return methods.

Online ordering was user friendly. Initial emails were confusing. I was told that my order would arrive in a few days and told to reply in 48 hours if I didn't recieve my purchase. That turned out to be untrue. However, I was happy with delivery time a week later. I love the merchandise but I was glad I ordered a large instead of my usual medium. CAUTION: I ordered a swimsuit (shown in the attached image) from Walk On Beach. My account was charged immediately + $23 for shipping. Note that I placed the order through an account I created on their website with my e-mail address, >> I never received a confirmation receipt (first red-flag) Later, I received an email prompting me to finish my order that was supposedly still in my cart (indicating they had my correct email address)! After 10 days with no delivery, I contacted Walk On Beach Customer Support using the email provided. Only then did I receive an apology email suggesting I should try ordering something else (seriously! I was already on the beach with an old bathing suit).
Additionally, when I tried to log into my account to track my order after 10 days, I discovered my account did not exist with them: attempted to reset my password failed as their website did not recognize my email address?!
This entire experience was unprofessional to say the least, and felt suspicious. As a result, I canceled my credit card and had it replaced. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this business and its questionable practices.

I would give less than one star for this company. I ordered 3 swimsuits, none of which worked for me and I chose to return. After going back and forth in email trying to obtain return instructions and authorization I was instructed to take pictures of the 'crotch' of the swimsuits to send to them to verify that the sanitary shield is still in place. I never remove that thing when trying on swimwear (duh). The representative claimed that most swimsuit companies do not accept returns of any kind. I responded that all REPUTABLE companies will accept returns and particularly ones who clearly stare at the top of their website that they offer 'EASY RETURNS 30 days'. Believe me, nothing easy about anything in dealing with Walk On Beach. I have returned the swimsuits at my own cost and hope that I will get my money back. I would NEVER order from them unless you are absolutely 100 percent certain you will keep whatever you order.
