Taking my order too long and not good customer service. One day they asked me if I wanted to wait because it was on back order. The next day they said it shipped out and still have not received my order.
I was looking for a swimsuit to use to go on vacation. Their suits were definitely in my price range. The ones i dejected were too big in the bust, probably my fault becaue i didnt pay close attention to the size chart. They were cute on the model in the app, but my body isn't quite model material. Anyway, i started the return process, which is a bit more complicated than most. So I am still waiting to complete it. You might have better luck.

Trying to return an order that was most definitely miss sized! Every item that I ordered was marked XL and were likely XS or child size. I am trying to start a return but it is very strange that they don't provide quick and easy instructions. I am against a timeline and need to do this ASAP and I followed their instructions which was to email them for returns and they are not responding with an address to ship returns. I'm starting feel something is fishy here. If I do not receive a full return and a response soon, I will dispute the charge and take it all the way to arbitration. Customers cannot be liable for lack of cooperation from a merchant to return items.

Good shopping experience on website. Site is easy to navigate. All URLs and search functions working. Was surprised to see that Switzerland was in the top list for shipping countries and that the Cantons were listed in a drop-down. I needed to make a return and the process was fairly simple and the response time was good. The selection of suits is really great, but be warned that they run quite small. I always take an XS, and one of the tops of the suits I received looked like it was for a child. I was then sent a Small and that was still a little on the small side. For reference I am 5' 3" take a size 2 and I am small chested and not curvy.

I bought a swimsuit from the UK site which I then asked to return. They asked me to post it tracked delivery to the USA, which would have cost more than the item. Then they suggested they would refund it if I cut it into pieces and sent them a photo first. Eventually I had a refund of £8 for a £22 item. I will not use again.

I was looking for women swimsuits with boy style shorts and couldn't find anything in the local store. Then I came across Walkonbeach.com, and immediately found great variety of styles, including the shorts I was looking for. The colors are amazing and the fabric patterns are interesting too. My parcel arrived in a week, which is great during this pre-Christmas rush. The quality of the fabric is good, it is solid and stretchy, and resembles women tennis wear. All seams are well done and tidy. Highly recommend this seller. Prices are very competitive too. I would have given it 6 stars and f there was such rating.

I was a new customer, had problems from the beginning with communication, it took them a long time to respond to my queries, in the end after a lot of stress they had to refund as they couldnt deliver the item. A lot of my stress could have been allieviated had they responded promptly. No discount offer as a new customer to encourage me back or anything. Wont use them again

Ordered two bathing suits; paid extra for expedited shipping. A week after I ordered both, I had not seen where they had shipped yet, so I reached out. Was informed at that point that one of my bathing suits was out of stock. I feel like that is something that could've been reflected on the website when I ordered it and I would've chosen a different bathing suit. At that point I chose a replacement and confirmed that I wanted to keep the expedited shipping. Unfortunately, I still would not have received the order in time, even with express shipping, so I wound up canceling it.

Suits are NOT TRUE TO SIZE. Order at least 2 sizes larger than what you would normally order. The website is user-friendly. A nice variety of swimwear. I'm just glad I have backup swimwear because the 2 suits I ordered were way, way too small.

The company is a fraud! They take your money and when you want to return because you don't like it, they basically say how about a 30% credit and keep it and won't give you the address to return! Buyer beware!

My suit was out of stock. It took over a week to notify me. They wanted to ship one suit but not the out of stock one and only gave me a choice of canceling, shipping one, or waiting for the other to be restocked. Sounds reasonable but I asked if one would be shipped and the next shipped later would I be charged for 2 shippings. Got no answer. I opted to wait til 2nd suit is back in stock. Total time will be going on at least 6 weeks to receive.

I requested a refund and I have yet been given the address for the return. I paid for shipping with the initial purchase and was told I would have to pay to ship the swimsuit back since the vendor paid to ship me the swimsuit. My receipt shows otherwise. Then I was told I could inquire about a partial credit and keep the item. I just want a full refund including shipping costs.
