I placed two orders on February 10 and March 11. Neither of them have arrived. The February order said "processing" for weeks before I reached out and they said that one of the items was out of stock so the entire order was just waiting (the item does NOT say out of stock online at all, I looked). I asked to cancel the supposedly out of stock item and ship the rest. The order has said "shipped" for days now but hasn't arrived yet, and when I track it, it hasn't moved at all from the original location. The March order still says processing as well, 8 days later, even though they advertise shipping in 3 days. I came online to look at the shipping reviews and a lot say that people never received their items. Is this site a scam then? I reached out to customer service and they responded, but haven't issued a refund for the out of stock item yet and I haven't received anything. So I'm probably going to just tell everyone this is a scam.
I ordered several items. They took about a month to arrive which was fine as I ordered early for holiday. What fit me and I kept is ok quality for the money and is a nice design. I wanted to return items and it says to email for a return code. Despite repeated emailing I have never had any response.

I bought a swimsuit recently in a medium. I wear a medium in everything I buy from any store and it always fits. This swim suit was too small.I wanted to return it and they only refund 50% of the cost, even if you didn't wear it. I ordered another one in a large,and the elastic on the bottoms are not fighting. Overall the quality is not good and their return policy is terrible.

It looked really good online. Not bad on me but the leg cut was not as shown in pic. The top was also longer. It was also a bit too large. I was able to put in a pleat to make it more comfortable. If I had ordered a smaller size, the bottoms would have been too small. It did come in a timely manner.

I ordered 3 bikinis, sadly they all didn't suit (too large). I texted the company for returning the items and they said I should return them to the USA (from Germany!) at my costs or I should keep all the items and they refund part of the money of the order. This must be a joke. Such a waste of material and human resource and the ecology! And the texts that came back were always the same, they didn't reply to my questions, it was like talking to a computer that was sending preformed text modules. Can't recommend this company at all! And I bet there will be no personal comment on this review again, just the one they put under all the other bad reviews too.
I have yet to receive the product or any information from the company as to where it is or when I can expect it. Consequently, I am dissatisfied with every area of the survey.

If you are not planning to return any items that you order whether you like them or not then this is the place for you. However, if you are expecting to be able to return the items that don't fit then you are in for a ride. The refund policy clearly states to email customer service for a return authorization and a return address to complete your refund. However, instead of receiving those two items you will first receive an email asking you to please accept 20% refund and keep the item when you refuse that, you will be sending another email asking to accept 35% refund and keep the item. There will never be a return authorization or a return address given. That is because you will be returning the items to China and the shipping is that your cost of course because it is between 20 and $40. If you are confident that The clothing will fit you or that you can resell it to someone else then you might be satisfied with this company.

Very happy with the product and price, and would happily recommend them for quality. Delivery needs to be improved in terms of advising when an attempted delivery was made. No notification from the delivery company and I wouldn't have known at all if I didn't constantly track my order. When it was delivered, despite being home, was left outside of the courtyard instead of walking to the door and ringing the bell. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I have been trying to return/ exchange items. None of the suits fit well, and need to return some and others I wanted exchange for larger size. I was looking to buy a swimsuit and Walkonbeach offered very nice swimsuits at suspiciously low price. I knew Walkonbeach was a scam when I saw a swimsuit that I liked from a legitimate (not cheap) store, photoshoped and presented with a head of a different model at Walkonbeach at a much cheaper price. You can see that the body is identical while head and background are changed. So the chance that I will get something that is "not like on the picture" is high. I'd rather pay a bit more, but get a quality product from an honest company.

This is a rip off, they have phone number on their website that connects to a woman who is not associated with them and has had to leave a recorded message stating this as many ripped off customers contacting her. They have not sent my items and it's been a month, I have phoned and it's the wrong number and I have emailed repeatedly to no avail. If I could give zero stars I would.

The order arrived super quick, which was great, but that was where the service ended. I ordered 2 items, a skirt and a bandeau one piece. The skirt is fine, but the one piece is a shocker... has no tape or elastic at all around the top, so doesn't stay up! And the shape is terrible, as though it's been cut out without a pattern. I have followed the process to request a refund, and have not received a reply to either of my 2 emails. These products are clearly knock-offs, cheap, but hit and miss as to quality...
