My order came with missing components.
I have sent multiple email and they have not responded. I have also called multiple times and placed on hold for hours. Customer service is non existent.

Ordered storage containers the pics shown implied they stood open on their own. Paid premium price for dollar store quality. Also noticed wag jag no longer has reviews for items. They don't stand by their products.
I had an issue when placing my order. I called their customer service line. The CSA which helped me was very friendly, apologetic & helpful. He corrected the mistake for me so quickly. I received my order in the allotted time and was very satisfied with the sheets. Wag Jag is a great place to get great deals!
I buy quite a few grocery purchases from Wag Jag. Even if there is a problem with the product which is truly out of their control, they are always helpful with the resolution. Will continue to purchase.
SHAME ON YOU:
A voucher from last winter season for ice fishing because of pandemic... I could not use... I asked for special situation reason refund. They denied including managerial level... shame on you and will report you to Consumers Reports and Consumer agencies from Canada... shame on you... if you understand that which I doubt!

I've been away drag customer for probably eight years. I have ordered everything from meats to trips or hotel stays and products as well as the odd gift certificate.
I most recently had an issue with one of my purchases. When I contacted the ragtag representative they ended up resolving the issue with the seller and redeemed my purchase money. It was done in a customer service friendly manner.
I've been contacting them daily for a week. They are incredibly difficult to work with. I sent proof I only got one pair (picture evidence, package couldn't even hold 2 pairs). They didn't respond. After days of calling I finally got a hold of someone. They acknowledged my emails. And now ghosted me.
I have reached out 4 times to the email provided for Customer Service. No reply. I've placed many meat delivery orders and have never had an issue till this last time. I never received a Kangaroo time confirmation. Then it just suddenly appeared on my porch around 4:30. If my dog hadn't heard a noise I wouldn't have known. The box of chicken was wet and no secure tags keeping it closed as well as corners of the packages were thawed. 4 times I've reached out and no reply. Will not be using them again.

I have found that the merchandise I received was of good quality. When unsatisfied with the merchandise I had excellent service in returning the merchandise and received a total refund. I even booked a vacation through WagJag to Madeira, Portugal and it was one of the best vacations my wife and I have taken. I would not hesitate to use WagJag.

I have tried to call Wagjag contact phone number and the voice message indicates they will not be answering phone calls, only emails. I am trying to get a refund for a Toronto Harbour cruise that is not in service this year. They told me to call wagjag for a refund. Via email only the customer service rep from Wagjag tells me that I'm entitled to a wagjag credit only seeing as it's over the 14 days since I purchased the voucher (few months). I'm trying to tell the wagjag rep that through no fault of my own, I couldn't use the voucher if the cruise is not operating! This is a total rip off, wagjag is benefiting from not having to reimburse customers their money. I don't want a credit and I should have the option.

I was uncomfortable about the product description I wanted to order. It was missing some key points and it was not answered by clicking on the questions for the item. I emailed customer service to confirm and provide answers to my questions. It was not instantaneous but a reply was received. In the end, I was completely satisfied and very appreciative of the care I received.

Advertised 10 oz Australian Wagu striploins and provided AAA.
WagJag advertised 10 oz Australian Wagu strip loin steaks for sale. 6 for $115.00.
I purchased 2 boxes and when they arrived I was surprised to find nothing better than Canadian AAA, at best. The company, that provided the steaks, The Butcher Shoppe, has on their website photos of the different steaks, and clearly, the steaks I received were not anywhere close to Wagu of Kobe, as was on the label.
I contacted WagJag with photographs and they said that the Butcher Shoppe said they were in fact Australian Wagu. Not even close! A complete rip-off.
I will never shop on WagJag again. Not the Butcher Shoppe either, as they are both liars.
I'm convinced they are just out for people to visit their site. Coupon codes don't even look like coupon codes. So this proves they are just out for site visiting

For the low prices, I've been buying nothing else, but lots of problems.
WagJag appears to be like an insurance company. Looks good, until there is a problem or claim. Try contacting them and you get a voice message to email them instead and they will call you in 5-7 business days. I emailed them twice - last being June 5. I still haven't heard from them. This sounds like a cheap company who doesn't back up their products to what they are suppose to do. I am presently out over $60 and I will not purchase from them again - until they contact me for a resolution.
Again - it is Buyer beware.
Update - I am now changing my rating from 2 to 5. WagJag did reply and provided a full refund to my credit card - without requesting the faulty item returned.

Bought wireless iPhone chargers, both don't work. Contacted WagJag about a refund almost a week ago and no reply. It's been a frustrating experience and it's a good thing I learnt my lesson on a small purchase. Listen to what people are saying on these reviews because it really is true. This company does not stand behind its customers.

Ordered 2 items. One was a duvet. The duvet has feather stems sticking out all over that are as sharp as needles. Even with duvet cover the needles poke through making paper cuts all over the body.
The second item a bed sheet set never arrived. After two months of waiting cs told me its arriving in a couple of weeks. Four months after ordering contacted support again asking for a refund. They told me order was cancelled and no refund or credit will be provided. Do not order from wagjag and save yourself the frustration.
I love Wagjag they have the best deals going, so many different areas from which to choose from, plus if you run into a problem their customer service is second to none! If you're not already a member join today!

I bought 2 pairs of quoted from their website, " What you get
A pair of authentic Ray-Ban Sunglasses in one of five models and a variety of colours and styles."
Took 4 weeks to arrive, one pair fell apart when the lens fell right out of them and smashed on the floor. The other pair the Ray-Ban logo wore off! When I sent an email to complain they say why did I not report earlier? They are selling fraudulent goods and should be in jail!
And not the first time they sold crap, another time Oral B replacement toothbrushes, again fake!
I hope these guys get screwed, sued!

I ordered a gas gift card and once I received it I realized it's not the way I thought they would be used (you're paying $50 upfront for a 5 cent discount per litre up to $75 in savings). If that didn't make sense it's because it doesn't and no one in their right mind would fork out $50 to receive $75 back in gas savings over the course of a year pretty much. I asked for a refund immediately because the way it's advertised is very misleading but they refused. I even called Esso directly and they informed me they have had many issues with customers complaining about this. I pass this messaged along to wagjag and asked them to escalate the issue but they've just stopped responding. Well I hope that one purchase was worth it because I will NEVER order from them again. Total rip off and no customer service whatsoever!
