I have tried to call Wagjag contact phone number and the voice message indicates they will not be answering phone calls, only emails. I am trying to get a refund for a Toronto Harbour cruise that is not in service this year. They told me to call wagjag for a refund. Via email only the customer service rep from Wagjag tells me that I'm entitled to a wagjag credit only seeing as it's over the 14 days since I purchased the voucher (few months). I'm trying to tell the wagjag rep that through no fault of my own, I couldn't use the voucher if the cruise is not operating! This is a total rip off, wagjag is benefiting from not having to reimburse customers their money. I don't want a credit and I should have the option.
