Purchased 10 windshield covers form the store last month for my friends. Received all cheap making material. Contact customer service, they refused to return the order. What a joke company!

I have been debating whether to try wagjag. Reading the reviews I don't think I will chance it. Not reaching customer service and so many negative reviews is a huge red flag for me.
Businesses beware about promoting your business on their platform. They sell the coupons and find every possible way not to pay you after you have spent time and money doing the work
Was told that my credits would never expire, then new management came in and my credits were gone without any notification. They just take your money and basically say, too bad.

I ordered 4 dash cams as Christmas gifts they all came without SD cards was told they were mailed over 3 weeks ago and still never received them then one of the cameras does not work keep shutting off then told there is only 3 employees and they have over 700 Complaints
I have called over and over and get the run around each time
First time customer and last I will never order from them again

I currently purchased two of these mystery gifts and they sent me coupons for restaurants these coupons are available for free at every hotel in Niagara falls. Don't buy it

These coupons are available for "free" with the purchase of a one-night stay at one of those hotels. So if you wanted the coupons you would have to spend $100-$200 for the room, contrary to the $10 you spent.

Used the massager twice and then it stopped working. Not able to return it because it was over one week since it was delivered. Waste of $100!

I purchased what was supposed to be two cards for gasoline purchases with ESSO. Instead I got an email which said I could download to a phone which I don't have. The wagjag rep said I could print off a piece of paper and use that at ESSO. I found it hard to believe that a printed piece of paper would be honored by an attendant at a service station and I asked wagjag to give me a contact at ESSO who would confirm this. They would not do this and said my issue was with ESSO not them. I'm out almost $400 and WAgjag refuses to refund my money or have ESSO give me the two cards I requested.
Unreliable to deal with, irresponsible. Bad experience. Have not received the order, no refund, no response.
I enjoy this site quite a bit, and always find something at a great price. I use it a lot for excursions and deals on restaurants.
I had an issue with a voucher that I had purchased and Michael from customer service helped me to resolve the issue.
I purchased a voucher for a color and haircut. The color was brassy and cut is uneven. Contacted wagjag a dozen times and they will not refund money since voucher was used. Cant very well file a complaint before the service. Even sent pictures of my hair. My hair is frizzled because color left on too long. Their refund policy is a lie and a joke. Once you give your money to them , they wipe their hands of all responsibility to the client. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Terrible service, poor customer relations, outright lies in responses. ADO NOT USE WAGJAG. Try Amazon. Faster, more reliable.
