I've bought k-beauty products from various websites. A similar website to w2beauty is roseroseshop, but the only difference is that this website gives so many free samples! One of the samples included a silicon sponge blender.
Another good point for this site is that the delivery was really fast for me, my order arrived within a week.

I guess, looking at the previous reviews for this site, w2beauty have changed drastically in terms of customer service and such, so do check this website out.
I will totally buy from this website again.

W2Beauty is now www.Beautytap.com and things are even worse than ever. Not only does the shipping takes forever but on top of that, but I also received expired items. I also read that there were a lot of fake items being sold by them too. Seriously, go buy somewhere else, they have no respect for customers.

Horrible

Where to start? After allot of contact i still dont have my products, i told the owner several time to send my packing without sending back if we are not home, but she still does or maybe i should say i dont even think she has send the products out... after i ask her to her the products again she claims more money, sending fee... i paid again and again i dont receive the products... this is a fake site! Please ppl dont buy stuff from her...

Where do I even begin. I placed an order & waited 2 weeks before contacting customer service when I didn't receive any shipping confirmation email. The owner (Alice) replied that 1 of the items I ordered was out of stock - I would probably still be waiting without a clue if I hadn't reached out first. I tried to be patient and gave it another few weeks, after which I asked her to just ship the rest of the order since it was not restocked and to send the item when it was back. They said they shipped the item but the website wouldn't let me log in, the tracking information they sent me was faulty, and the owner was not responsive. Only when I made a claim through PayPal did they finally refund me for the item that was not in stock. The rest of the package surprisingly arrived, only a FEW months after ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, there are PLENTY of better websites for Korean beauty. Just ask me really.
