Pros:
While the pay is high, the attitude of the upper management is unbearable.
Cons:
During my work with Vertex Pharmaceuticals, I learned that only the one who is favored by the senior management gets quickly promoted with the unfavored one, if not bullied, will eventually resign and look for other jobs. Lots of us are hard workers, yet only a few (the favored ones) get rewarded. The senior management, together with the human resource, doesn't care about the employees as long as they get the credit for personal bonuses and corporate profit.
The worst customer support you will ever came across. Rude and they also do not respond promptly. I do not recommend them at all.
