I ordered a piece of clothing from this website almost 2 months ago and they still haven't shipped it yet. I understand the current situation but their company claims that they still ship orders DAILY and the delivery is FAST (which is obviously not).
At first when I asked them why my package wasn't moving, they told me that there was no need to worry and the delivery would take about 10 working days. Which means that they didn't even admit that they were having shipping problems. And they still urge to buy their cute but overpriced clothing despite of not being able to send the orders out.
In comparison to Verge Girl, I've ordered some other packages from other websites, which were shipped via DHL and have been delivered on time.
They don't offer any compensations nor discounts in exchange for inconvenience and waiting.
I was expecting better attitude from their company.
Please just visit Princess Polly for exactly the same products for half of the price. Not only are their products poor but their customer service practices are highly unethical and dishonest.
Sending you clearly faulty products, then ask you to fix their poor quality clothes yourselves i. E the initial response 'please just cut away the thread that is hanging off in 3/4 separate places on the top'. Like we don't know these tops will then fall apart as soon as we wash them and not be worn again.
When this resolution was obviously refused they provided a returns label and asked to return this (but no mention of the fact they would then remove this cost from the refund). As I had already said on two occasions that I would not be paying extra to return a clearly faulty top to them.
The other top I bought originally which surprisingly wasn't falling apart on arrival. I have now washed once and it has completely lost its colour and the threading is also coming loose.
Please just don't waste your money here they are overcharging you for really poorly made products and then using very dishonest and non-transparent customer service tactics. I wish I'd have checked the reviews before ordering from here as seems to have many bad reviews across the board and I am not surprised.
Also please teach your customer services reps to stop just copying and pasting the same things about the returns policy. Returns policies shouldn't be used to cover your back on faulty items that you are sending out. Which looking at your reviews is happening quite often.

We are always happy to offer compensation for an item that is found to have manufacturing defect and will generally ask customers to send through a photo so our team can easily assess the issue.
Unfortunately, we are not always able to clearly identify a fault via the photographs that have been provided. Generally, when this happens we will provide a pre-paid shipping label so that the garment can be returned back to us and thoroughly inspected by our returns team.
If an item is found not to have a manufacturing defect once it has been received, it will be processed as per our returns policy.

Finally brought my first thing from verge girl! Can't wait to buy more because I loove my dress. Great service, quick delivery and the dress looks amazing on just like it did in the picture. Cute packaging too! Xx
I bought a dress, delivery was good but what they fail to do is provide quality product for the price. A flimsy sheer piece of material with no lining for $83. The product looked all kinds of wrong on me (unfortunately,) so I'm returning the item. Having used Afterpay I except to get refunded what I have paid, and expect future scheduled payments to stop.
If the item doesn't look right or fit they refuse a refund! This is in violation of Australian consumer rights.
It takes a simple google search and a two second read of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission site to understand their policy is illegal.
Check it out it clearly states that it is illegal to tell customers they do not give refunds!

You can find the clothes they sell on other sides for at least $20 cheaper minimum, sometimes even $30-$40 cheaper for the exact same item! It's quite disgusting they jack up their prices so much given their young shoppers are easily influenced by their trendy instagram. Also why are all their models tanned, skinny white girls? Do they know people of colour exist? And people above 45kg? Get some diversity, it's 2016!

Firstly this is not a matter of customer service and do not respond well to being labelled as racists.
Here are the facts for you:
Firstly, many online retailers copy other designs and sell for cheaper to undercut their competitors.
Secondly, we use models being managed by Brisbane/ Sydney Modelling agencies. If you have a problem with the models being used you should target the agencies to voice your propaganda.
Thirdly, we have many VG ambassadors that are not all size 6 and 8 girls.

Verge Girl is hands down my favourite online store to shop at. The products always feel and look better quality than the standard woman's online stores out there. I also love the styling of the clothes and their Instagram is the best to follow for outfit inspiration and the latest trends. Verge girl get things that other online stores don't! The service is always the best and I've never had an issue with postage or their service overall. 10/10
Avoid at all costs! I received a faulty item (button holes were too small for the buttons) & the top was unwearable.
When I contacted Verge Girl (with photo evidence)they were so nice, advising me to just send it back, they would reimburse my postage.
Once they received the garment they claimed by their quality standards it was fine & I just needed to force the buttons through.
I was then informed my account had been credited (they also did not reimburse my postage)
So Ive just thrown away $80. Out of principle I dont want to buy anything from them, does anyone know how I can get my money back?

I ordered my clothes and they came 2 days later! So quick which is awesome. Everything was wrapped up and there were nice notes telling me who put my order together which I thought was super sweet!

They have this ''policy'' that even when you exchange something for a different size they will give you an online credit. I honestly just would like to exchange the stupid dress for a bigger size. I swear Verge Girl has everything I want! I have never found so many things on trend at one store. The quality of the clothes are superb and the staff are always so nice and friendly when I shop in store... not to mention their excellent online shop - such quick delivery too!
VERGE GIRL has the best in style clothes at all times. They're always uploading new items and their social media is on point. The sizes are very true to fit and the ship time to the US is amazing. Will be buying more from them!
It has a very bad quality, also it took me a long time to arrive, not to mention what I had to pay to get the package when it finally arrived. In my opinion the product leaves a lot to be desired and does not look like the photos. Finally, it does not even come with the label of the store itself and I do not know why it is a product that they have made.

Ordered the almost famous dress + a pair of earrings :) VERY cute dress, absolutely love the fit! I purchased a size 8 & it fit perfectly (for reference I am 5'5" size 25" waist). HOWEVER my only complaint is that the quality of the material is not good for the price. The dress is pure acrylic, very thin, similar to things I used to get from forever 21. Regardless, I would continue to shop here because the clothes are made very well and super cute!
Loved ordering form Verge Girl! I ordered a jumper which was too big and exchanged it for a bag. I am so in love with the bag and get so many compliments when I wear it! On trend! Can't wait to order more
The most gorgeous pair of pants I own! The photos online represent the physical item perfectly, I really love how they have at least 20 photos of the item so you really know what your buying. I also LOVE how they admit to using flash photography so they include photos of the item without flash up so you know exactly what colour the item is too. Sizing was very accurate and shipping was super quick, even on standard shipping to NZ came in around 4 days :)
I still have not received my order (one dress) in over a month. I understand shipping delays due to COVID-19, but this is significantly delayed. I purchased from other international stores during the pandemic and they were not delayed. I can't contact the Australian postal service regarding my package.

I'm in love with all the style of clothes they have, and would buy out the store if I could! The shipping was much quicker than I expected, since I live in the US I thought it would take weeks coming from Australia, but it was only 2 days! Love the shirt and earrings I got! Trendy and unique and match my personality well!
Answer: I ordered the 24th of May and they are supposed to bring my order tomorow 5th of June. My purchase was worth 61,85 then I had to pay shipping 9,90 and tomorrow I have to pay 42,70 before I can get my order. Never ever will I order from them again! It takes ages to come and you have to pay more than you spend for the shipping to Europe (Belgium)

You can keep an eye on your parcel using your tracking number that was sent to you when the parcel was dispatched. The same tracking number can be used to track your parcel with your local postal services tracking website.
