My package was somehow not processed for 3 weeks, and I missed it when I sent a few other packages over. When I complained, the CS actually told me their "investigation" found "no lapse in service". Considering how many competitive, better service forwarders there are these days, I'm amazed that VPost is still in business. Well at least they won't get any further biz from me.

Customer service is non-existent, while the way they compute shipping costs is fully opaque and extortionate. They charged me $65 to ship a box of 2 men's briefs, which could not possibly weigh 2.5kg as indicated. Almost a dozen email queries fell on deaf years - the only thing that was done was the issuance of a "case number", with no follow up thereafter. Unscrupulous business that should be avoided.

I just received last Saturday afternoon on 29th October 2022. I have give you my instructions details to your customer service and than not to taken away already agreement end up you all screw up. The calendar is missing. I will tell whole singapore Islandwide. Disappointed and nonsense vpost

Whilst you can calculate an estimated delivery fee on the VPOST site, be warned, the actual delivery fee will be MUCH higher. You won't know the actual delivery fee until your parcel has arrived at VPOST when it's too late to change your mind.
I was charged AU $200 for an $150 item that weighed 2.8kg's to be delivered.

My package from Estee Lauder was marked delivered on 8th Dec but by 11th, it was still not in my Vpost. Emailed Vpost Singapore and they replied a day later to wait for 5 working days. After 5 working days the package is STILL not tagged! I know it's a busy December month, but its nothing new. Every Dec is a busy month and companies adjust to adapt to the demand correct? I emailed them again and they replied a day later that they will let me know within 3 days after they investigate. So another 3 days go by and zero updates, emailed them twice and till now 2 days after still waiting for any sort of reply. It's like they are purposely ignoring you and hoping you will just go away. Big question is what happen to my package and who is reponsible? To the US seller, they have done their job and its delivered. There's no responsibility at all with Vpost. It's like daylight robbery where no one gets caught. Shame on you Vpost for running such an irresponsible and illegal den. I hope people will read the reviews before trusting Vpost with your hard earned money.
