Customer service is non-existent, while the way they compute shipping costs is fully opaque and extortionate. They charged me $65 to ship a box of 2 men's briefs, which could not possibly weigh 2.5kg as indicated. Almost a dozen email queries fell on deaf years - the only thing that was done was the issuance of a "case number", with no follow up thereafter. Unscrupulous business that should be avoided.
Tip for consumers:
This fraudulent and irresponsible business should be shut down before more consumers fall victim to it.
